Check-in service is quite satisfactory. Occasionally, there are service staff at the door to open the door. Breakfast is the same every day. There are bread, eggs, coffee, oranges and bananas. The restaurant environment is not bad. The breakfast service staff is more enthusiastic. Usually, lemonade and orange cakes are provided in the lobby. The room has a small balcony, which is a bit close to the high building next to it. There will be noise on the street. There are green plants in the room and it is more distinctive. The bath products provided will be slightly better than other hotels of the same level.

Very well located bereeen Upper West Side and Harlem and close tò the tube, beds provide you with as privacy as a shared room can do. Vatious plagues available at the couch (mine were not working but they changed my bed on the spot). Reasonable priced lunch and dinner plates. The plus was the opportunity to have a shower on the leave coming along with the 5 dollari loker I hired after leaving the room.

Located in the most bustling part of New York City, it's incredibly convenient for getting around. There are many theaters, restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby. For this prime location, it's a great value-for-money four-star hotel. This is already my third stay here.

Great location, close to Times Square and the convention center. The room was nice and clean. For this area and price, it's definitely worth it. I had booked a twin room, but the front desk was very kind and upgraded me to a king bed since I was traveling alone.

The hotel is right by the UN building. The room was decent, and you could see the Empire State Building and Rockefeller Center from the window. I had to rent a kettle from the coffee shop downstairs for about $30, which is practically the price of buying a new one. There was a red stain on the carpet and around the bed, and I really hope it was just red wine and not anything else. I tried not to think about it too much, but it did make me a little uneasy every time I saw it.

Times Square is also very close, just on the adjacent 7th Avenue and 42nd Street, which is a major hub for all subway transfers. Penn Station (Amtrak) is also a short 5-8 minute walk away. There are many dining options nearby, with a wide range of prices to choose from. The downside is that facilities in the city center can be older, and with a high density of people staying in tall buildings, it can get noisy at night if you're facing the street. It's a trade-off to consider based on your overall preferences.

Very good location. Lexington and 23 rd. Quiet area mid town. Safe. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The cafe downstairs - Smile to go had good coffee and simple breakfast menu that was tasty and affordable. Folded egg muffin was delicious.

I prepaid 3 nights but my flight was moved to next day,sdo I missed first night for which tbey charged me. Though, I sent them a message that I arrive the following day. Reception coldly told me they cannot accimodate me and this is company policy. Though, they did NOT REFUND the 2/3rd night nor send me cancellation message.. poor. After much begging she was so gracious to checkin. I wont forget. Difficult location without car.

Honestly, I was a bit worried because the reviews weren't great, but for someone like me who only uses a hotel in New York for sleeping and spends all their time outside, this was an excellent value-for-money hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable, so even though I was tired from exploring outside, I slept really soundly. The room is small and doesn't have much in it, but honestly, I only slept at the hotel, so it didn't matter. The location is close to Times Square, about a 5-8 minute walk. For me, it was a great value hotel.
