The wet and dry areas were separate, which is great. Outside the bathroom is a walk-in closet with a row of wardrobes, all with full-length mirrored doors. The hotel also provides ironing facilities, complimentary toiletries, slippers, and bottled water. All this comes at a really reasonable price, offering excellent value for money. The breakfast was decent too. There was a slight hiccup though: for two mornings in a row, there was drilling noise that woke my daughter up. After I brought it to the hotel's attention, they immediately moved us to the 30th floor. Overall, the service was very attentive. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sydney.

It feels like the higher floors have fewer rooms and guests, making them more suitable for a stay. If you have high standards for cleanliness and environment, definitely avoid the lower floors.

It’s an good walk to the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. The way to the CBD has a short uphill walk but is not difficult for most people. Overall, a comfortable stay in a convenient and pleasant area.

The Wi-Fi connection was also unreliable, so I ended up having to use my phone’s hotspot to watch YouTube. Lastly, the soundproofing was a bit weak, and I could hear some noise from the surroundings. Despite these minor issues, I believe the price is very competitive for a night in Sydney. If these small things are addressed, it would be an even better place to stay.

Location was excellent, within walking distance to T and L line with one bus stop located right outside the hotel, within walking distance to Chinatown. Downside, not much vacuuming was done throughout the one week stay, but daily changing of towels and rubbish is conducted. Room was a bit smaller than expected when compared to pictures shared during booking, but overall still works. Staffs are friendly regardless of timing and whoever that was assigned at the reception was always helpful.
