It is recommended that light sleepers and elderly people with poor heart conditions not stay here. ❗ Our room is next to the restaurant. The restaurant starts working after six o’clock, putting out water, range hoods, and moving tables and chairs. The sound was quite loud, so I didn’t sleep much all night😭 There are no problems with hygiene and facilities. The room is clean and tidy. It is convenient to eat and buy things near the hotel. There is a large supermarket next to it and there are many restaurants of various sizes. The service is also good!"

"The hotel in this small town exceeded my expectations. It's located on the outskirts of the city center, but not far from the center itself; just around the corner is the intersection leading to Yuanjue Cave Scenic Area, and taxis are readily available. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and the facilities were quite new. The bedding and toiletries exceeded my expectations for a chain hotel. The breakfast was somewhat ordinary but still plentiful. The only downside was the underground parking lot, which was rather dark, as parking spaces were shared. On the first day, we encountered a wedding banquet and parking took some time."

"Honest Review: The hotel's decor was acceptable; however, the service was extremely poor, especially the cleanliness! Upon entering the room, a pungent stench of urine filled the air. We immediately asked the front desk and staff to change rooms, but the front desk made excuses. Finally, a cleaning staff member came up, smelled the room, and fell silent… In short, the staff's attitude disappointed me again. The front desk said, "There are no suitable rooms available. You either have to make do or pay the difference!" Seriously? This is their job, are we, the customers, supposed to foot the bill? I'm furious! Furthermore, this hotel has too many hidden charges. Even bottled water and disposable slippers cost extra. The owner is clearly obsessed with money. In this hot weather, the air conditioning was also malfunctioning. We called for a staff member to come and check, but after waiting for ages, there was no response. With this kind of service, who would dare stay here again, especially the front desk staff? This is my honest experience after staying here."

The only redeeming quality was the decent lighting; everything else was problematic. The door was practically impossible to open; to leave, you had to call the front desk and have a staff member force the door open from the outside – utterly ridiculous."
