Holiday Inn Ashford Central, an IHG Hotel ★★★
"Reception area was impeccable, however the access to the room and the room itself were very poor. Damage evident pretty much everywhere, stained carpets, generally dirty and neglected. The IHG website shows bright newly refurbished rooms. The truth is far from that. We left immediately. The desk staff were friendly and sympathetic. I suspect we were not the first guests refusing to stay. I suggest that previous hotel guests were not as considerate as most people."
The Woolpack Inn Warehorne ★★★
"What an amazing hidden gem this is. Nestled on a hill top overlooking the marshes with Warehorn church over the road, this pub with rooms is a must for a romantic get away. We arrived early and had a drink in the bar, which is beautifully quirky, a welcoming log fire burning and a wide selection of drinks. We had booked "Niddy" an attic room with so much to give, a comfy bed, roll top bath, and so much character. The only niggle I had with the room, was the W.C squeezed into the roof space it was a little awkward to stand up and wee, but that's a small thing when it comes to such a great room. Requesting a quiet table for dinner, we were given one in a side area and again we couldn't believe it, it was super romantic and we had the whole room to ourselves. Our waiter Muli was so good, he was attentive but not intruding, and so funny, we haven't had many meals out and he really did make the evening. The food was excellent and the vegan burger was one of the best I have had. The location was brilliant, if you're into walking, cycling, birdwatching or wanting to visit local sites (rye was only 20min drive away) The rest of the staff were also brilliant, and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely return."
Hampton by Hilton Ashford International ★★★
"Good hotel nice location clean"
Holiday Inn ASHFORD - NORTH A20 by IHG ★★★
"Good location not far where we get to everything and breakfast is amazing thank you"
Travelodge Ashford Town Centre ★★★
"We stayed here at ashford town centre Travelodge for a little get away. We was greeted by George and Jess on arrival, we arrived a little early but he was happy to check us in. He let us know some places to eat and drink around the area for our evening out. Upon entering our room we was met by these adorable little towel bears which was just the cutest! My partner had phoned up prior to sort out the booking but had explained we were there for a night away to celebrate our engagement! Our room was spotless, we had an amazing stay and just want to say a big thank you to George and Jess for making our stay special."
Premier Inn Ashford (Eureka Leisure Park) ★★★
"Not very appealing on the outside, first impressions do no justice to the hotel, which looks very run down on arrival. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean and air conditioned. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were quiet. Placed in a good location for places to eat close by and for the motorway."
Ashford International Hotel & Spa ★★★★
"Perfect Service.Room and Breakfast wonderful 👍"
The Conningbrook Hotel ★★★
"Generous sized room (we were in standard double), very comfortable bed, bathroom appeared newly installed. Huge carpark! We chose hotel as it was within walking distance of a party we went to and would stay again if needing accommodation in Ashford."
Premier Inn Ashford Central ★★★
"Do not stay at this Premier Inn. Literally the worst one I have stayed at. Thr woman on reception was so rude and aggressive. When making requests for additional room items we were refused because she couldn't be bothered to stand up and walk to look. She then proceeded to be aggressive and argue with several other customers in the queue checking in. Contacted head office which said the staff claimed non of this happened. What a suprise she lied! Absolutely shocking customer service form them. The rooms are dirty and stink and not cleaned properly at all"

Wilderness B&B 3 Self Contained Rooms Nr Sissinghurst
"Stayed in the Shepherd Hut for two nights, was a lovely stay. The host is really nice, met us and explained everything and recommended some local pubs to eat at. The Shepherd hut was supplied with everything needed, and had a lovely log burner. Breakfast was really nice also. The Shepherd was at the end of the garden, the garden is huge and was really peaceful. Would recommend staying here, and hope to be back again!"
The Old Alma
"Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, absolutely stinks of stale cigarette smoke. Two massive barking dogs. Dirty room. Shower inadequate. Hosts rude. Breakfast was just thrown in front of you, no options just given a full English. Not asked for any allergies or dietary requirements etc."
