"The view is honestly 10/10, but unfortunately, the rest is 0. The staff are not professional at all and sometimes act as if they are doing you a favour rather than providing a service. The customer service is extremely poor, and the food has been the same for three days in a row. Very basic food with very little variety. Such a shame because the location and view are beautiful, but the poor service and lack of hospitality really let the place down."

An exceptional view of the waterfalls and very beautiful gardens However in terms of hospitality and services, some points need to be reviewed (we are very far from a 5*): - the reception: a little soft, not very friendly (difficult to find 2 hair dryers (while the hotel was empty) impossible to have 1 invoice at check out, ...) - 5 deckchairs for the roof top pool (for a hotel with 50 rooms) - the terraces are not swept - 3 restaurants which can be summed up in 1 - no spa - general cleanliness needs to be reviewed - lots of damaged and patched up furniture - the staff is pleasant but does not seem managed In short, a pleasant stay thanks to the setting but this hotel lacks effective management"

"We stayed 1 night. Very good value Riad for the location with upper waterfall vantage points just a 4 minute walk away. Our room was simply furnished but the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Relaxing terrace with beautiful sunset views. Dinner and breakfast at this Riad were excellent and decent portions. The owner/host was very polite and friendly and spoke English very well. We used a local guide who met us at this Riad around 9am and took us for a leisurely 1.5 hour walking tour (before the bus tours arrive from Marrakech) – it was brilliant, we only ran into 6 people on the entire hike. The waterfall views from the base are spectactular and we enjoyed the seeing the Barbary Macaques in their natural environment."

"I spent 3 days in this beautiful riad hotel with my mother. We were kindly welcomed by the owner Moloud and staff Abdul and Moniam. Moloud speaks excellent English and speaks and understands some Dutch. Moniam and Abdul's English is also very good and I think Moniam also speaks French as far as I understand. My stay was very pleasant. The rooms are nice and spacious, and a plus is that you can cool off in the large and beautiful swimming pool😍👌🏾 Breakfast and dinner were also tasty. The only disadvantage I found was that I couldn't buy a snack in the hotel beyond the TV or just for a tasty snack. You have to go into town to buy it. Soft drinks and water are available in the restaurant. I also had nice company from Moniam during my stay. He is a sweet, spontaneous, social and smart boy with whom you can have nice conversations. And you also feel good about whether you need it or not. Abdul is more subdued and smiles kindly and often asks how you are doing and occasionally has a little chat with you. The same goes for Moloud! I also recommend everyone to visit the Ouzoud falls. You can come to Moloud for this! In addition to being a hotel owner, he has also been a tour guide for 17 years and will take you (for a fee) to the Ouzoud falls and talk about it with passion and pride. All in all my stay was fantastic and I will definitely come back to "Le Domaine M""
