"We arrived after check-in time and subsequently the room was cleaned after a 20 minute wait. There was a hole in the wall behind the door. There was no battery in the smoke detector. The coffee maker was broken. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet. They advertise a full breakfast but the reality is they only serve cinnamon rolls, yogurt, and juice. They have no spoons for the yogurt and no coffee is available at all. The swimming pool was filthy."

"The location of the hotel is not very good. At first, the room was allocated on the side near the highway. The noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all. I called the front desk at 12:30 in the middle of the night and changed to the opposite room before I fell asleep. The sanitary conditions are very good, the facilities are quite new, the breakfast is average, and overall the hotel is okay if there is no noise."

"I booked two four-person rooms with two double beds in a quiet location, but the receptionist insisted that I only booked one room with two double beds, and the other room only had one bed, which clearly did not match my order. She claimed it was a mistake on the booking website, but I paid for two rooms with two double beds, and the website also sent me a confirmation email. The receptionist insisted she couldn't understand my language, and only after our insistence did she reluctantly agree to give me the room type I originally booked, but in a noisier area near the highway. Please report this to the hotel."
