Toothbrushes shed bristles, and there's no tissue paper in the room. The bathroom has no door, and the water is shallow and everywhere is wet! The hotel doesn't separate the construction elevator from the guest elevator, and there's no room phone! Cleanliness: Terrible! It doesn't look like it opened in 2025 at all. Environment: Average, very average! Service: Better than the room!"

Staff is friendly, especially the security guard. Breakfast is good, not lots of choices but enough. We had a load of bus tourists and they had problems feeding all of them and making new food."
