This stay was perfect! The room is warm and elegant, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the smart toilet and brand toiletries are all available. The quality is reflected in every detail. The staff was enthusiastic and patient from check-in to check-out. They took the initiative to help with luggage, recommend nearby food, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits and goodnight desserts. The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and the freshly cooked noodles are a must. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is quiet in the bustling city. It is very suitable for both business travel and leisure travel. Highly recommended!
The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The room has great natural light, and the environment is peaceful. It's excellent value for money and highly recommended. Overall, I'm very satisfied; the service was attentive, and the front desk staff were particularly helpful.
The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. The decor and facilities are quite new, with smart home appliances throughout, and the hygiene is also very good. The room type I chose was a bit small for me; if you're traveling with luggage, I'd recommend opting for a room that's 25 square meters or larger. I particularly want to commend the beautiful and kind service staff. They were always smiling, enthusiastic, and incredibly thoughtful. When my child wasn't eating breakfast well, they patiently helped coax him and even gave him a small gift. When it was time for check-out, my child was still sleeping, and they were very accommodating about extending our check-out time. As a mom traveling with a child, I'm truly grateful; they saved me a lot of hassle. From check-in to check-out, I felt completely at home. If I get the chance, I will definitely stay here again. Five-star rating!
My stay here was excellent, especially with the window view. The internal facilities were very complete, and the front desk staff were all professional and attentive. I had a very comfortable stay.
We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which made a big difference from the moment we arrived.
The room was well arranged and very comfortable. A fun and memorable touch: everything smelled like orange — from the shampoo and soap to the little candies. It added a playful and refreshing atmosphere to the whole stay.
A great experience overall — we would happily come back!
I've been to this hotel many times. The front desk service has improved, and the room facilities have always been quite good, although a little old, but still clean and hygienic. Each room has two bottles of water, which is nice. I'll definitely come back often.
My stay at Beijing Beitou Ruilai Hotel was excellent, exceeding my expectations. The hotel environment is elegant and clean, with both public areas and guest rooms meticulously maintained and spotless. The design is simple yet stylish. The rooms are spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. The service was incredibly attentive; the front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient, and other staff members were proactive and thoughtful, responding quickly to any requests. I felt truly valued. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, with hot dishes, pastries, and made-to-order stations. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was great, satisfying diverse palates. It's suitable for both business and leisure travel, offering great value for money. It's a highly recommended hotel in the Fangshan area, and I will definitely choose to stay here again.
I came to Fangshan alone and chose this Hanting by accident. The store is not far from Suzhuang subway station, and the travel is particularly worry-free. The rooms are cleaned very meticulously, the desktop and bathroom corners are clean, the sound insulation effect is very good, and you can sleep well after a tiring day. The front desk staff was patient and gentle, and the procedures were smooth and smooth. The most pleasant surprise is the breakfast, yogurt, fresh fruit, and freshly heated dishes. The local special fried noodles have a hot bowl early in the morning, and they instantly smoothed the fatigue of the road. Not deliberately guest, the details are attentive, and you can encounter such a intimate residence when you travel abroad. It is really rare. It has been collected and will stay again next time.
Honestly, I rarely write reviews these days, but my experience at Junlan this time definitely warrants an objective one.
Pros: The hotel is new, so the facilities are naturally excellent. We booked a duplex suite, perfect for a multi-generational trip, and the space was generous. Having a hot tub on both the upper and lower floors was a delightful surprise. The shower water pressure was good, and smart toilets were installed. The hotel's location, nestled by mountains and water, offers a small stream where you can wade (but be mindful of safety). The outdoor pool, accessible through the hot spring area, isn't huge, but the bubble show kept the kids entertained, and there were floaties available for rent. The hot spring staff were all very enthusiastic, and my child had a blast all afternoon. Furthermore, I found the food at Taoyuan Bistro quite delicious, with standard hotel pricing and good portion sizes, despite the lower ratings on Dianping.
Cons: In terms of facilities, there were no children's bathrobes. The toilet flush was quite loud, clearly audible on both floors. The air conditioning was noisy; even on the lowest fan speed, it was quite strong, and the auto-fan never seemed to reach the set temperature and turn off, which was a bit annoying. Especially at night, it was a dilemma whether to keep it on or off, and it successfully gave me a cold. Regarding service, both the front desk and butler service were disappointing. We were told check-in was at 2 PM, but after asking three times, it was delayed until 2:45 PM, with the explanation that the cleaning information hadn't been updated in the system. My 70-year-old parents had to wait with us throughout this. The butler's service was merely a symbolic pre-check-in call to ask about our needs, informing us that the hot springs and children's play area cost money, but then eventually saying hot spring tickets could be gifted (what was the point? To show the hotel's generosity?). After adding WeChat, if you didn't ask, no service information was provided, making me question the purpose of having a butler at all. At check-out, I noticed other guests checking out at the same time were given complimentary bread, but we were just told we could leave. Only when I inquired about the bread did they say they'd forgotten. In short, there was no good start and no good end. I'm glad we only booked one night.
In conclusion, a hotel can't make money just by being new; without good service, you won't get repeat customers.
The hotel is warm. At first, they mixed up our numbers. They gave us two rooms. It was very hot and cozy in them. There were no windows. It was impossible to regulate the heating. But later, they found their mistake and changed us to a larger family room with a window. That's what we booked. We slept with the window open. The room is for four people. There are only enough towels for two. Overall, it's okay for one night. The metro is close.

I'm from Thailand. I had a great time staying here. The room was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and the housekeeping service was excellent every day. It might be a bit far from Beijing city center, but it's close to a large shopping mall—just two traffic lights away—everything you need is there, and things are affordable
Most importantly, the reception staff were incredibly helpful and even gave me a souvenir. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!❤️
A friend recommended this hotel. The service was excellent, and it was clean and hygienic. Since I was traveling alone, they upgraded me to a room with a window. Although the bed wasn't very big, it was very comfortable. It's a great value hotel, good quality and inexpensive, perfect for us working-class folks! 😀😀😀 I'll take more photos next time!
