The hotel has a cozy little courtyard, which is quite pleasant. The room was very clean, and the smart home system was a nice touch. The blackout curtains worked really well. The front desk service was prompt, and the cleaning staff did a thorough job. It's close to Panjiayuan Antique Market, and both restaurants downstairs are delicious.

Overall, it's excellent and offers great value for money. For those planning to book, keep an eye on the price fluctuations. I always feel that people on Ctrip don't share many photos, so I took a few extra to give everyone a better idea of the place.

I stayed in Beijing for 10 days this time and spent 7 consecutive nights at Jingli Hotel. The hotel's location and the green environment downstairs are excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the cleaning lady was very enthusiastic. There's a laundry room for convenience, and downstairs, they offer self-service mineral water, fruit, coffee, and warm congee. The hotel also has a gym. The room's soundproofing is good, and you can see the bustling street outside the window. For the same price, Jingli Hotel's facilities, soundproofing, and service are much better than other hotels. There were also quite a few European and American guests staying here. Finally, I'd like to commend the cleaning lady in her 50s who is responsible for the public areas on the first floor. She was warm and enthusiastic, even helping me with my laundry for free, and was very polite. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Beijing. I hope Jingli Hotel can maintain this level of service, and I wish them prosperous business!

We stayed here for several days, and the hotel took very good care of us throughout our stay. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Whenever we had a problem or needed assistance, they responded quickly and helped resolve it right away, which we really appreciated. For international travelers, some attractions and services in China require a Chinese phone number for registration. The hotel staff were very helpful and supported us with this when needed. It may seem like a small detail, but it really showed how attentive they are to their guests. Another very convenient feature is that you can have food or parcels delivered to the hotel, and a delivery robot can bring them directly to your room. This was especially useful when we didn’t want to go downstairs to pick up our orders. The room was spacious and had almost everything we needed. The automatic toilet was a nice feature and very convenient to use. The only thing missing was a refrigerator in the room. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and felt that the hotel offered great value for the price. The service was excellent, especially for international travelers. If we visit Beijing again, we would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at JEN Beijing by Shangri La! We were here for leisure. A big thank you especially to Paul Lee from the Concierge team. He was already helping me even before I arrived in Beijing and continued to take really good care of us during our stay. He also helped to arrange a birthday cake, which was such a nice touch and made the celebration even more special. Really appreciate how responsive and helpful he was whenever we needed anything. We also absolutely loved our room! The view was amazing, directly facing the CCTV Headquarters towers. It was exactly the view I was hoping for and honestly even nicer in person. Location was convenient, room was comfortable and clean, and the whole Concierge team was friendly and helpful. But Paul really made the stay extra memorable for us. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and not just doing his job. Thank you Paul and the JEN Beijing team for taking such good care of us. We had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely choose JEN again when we are back in Beijing! ❤️

The room facilities are complete and everything works well. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the subway. The front desk service (especially by employee number three) was satisfactory. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shopping areas, so you can easily take care of all your dining and shopping needs. You won't have to worry about transportation at all.

The hotel is excellent, and the service attitude is great. The location is perfect, and the parking lot is huge. This is definitely a top-notch hotel that I'll prioritize in the future and stay at again. The breakfast spread is also very good, and the hotel amenities are excellent. This hostel's location is incredibly convenient, very close to Tuanjiehu subway station, which made my solo trip much easier. The female dorm room was clean and tidy with good ventilation, and the bed was comfortable. The common areas were very well-maintained with no unpleasant odors. The owner provided thoughtful service and was always quick to respond to any issues. The facilities were comprehensive, with ample lockers and power outlets. The environment was quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, offering great value for money. It's an excellent choice for solo travelers visiting Beijing, and I would definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended for anyone traveling alone!

The hotel is excellent! The staff are friendly. The room is spacious and has everything you need – bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, soap, etc. Upon request, they provided an ironing board and iron for the entire duration of our stay. Housekeeping is daily. The breakfasts are excellent with a wide variety to choose from. You can also have dinner at the restaurant, which offers both European and local menus. There are two metro stations within a 10-minute walk.

The environment is beautiful, although the swimming pool is a bit small. But it wasn't crowded, which was nice. The room was also very new, and the kids loved it. The bed was large, a 2.2m bed, and very comfortable to sleep in. It rained at night so we didn't go out and instead had the seafood buffet. We even got to scoop our own seafood, which the kids found fun and unique. For the seafood buffet, my child even said that the chocolate and ice cream cake, which came out last around 8 PM, were the best things they ate. The concierge was very thoughtful, helping to receive a delivery, even unpacking it and bringing it up, and also helping with luggage. Getting a taxi to Wangfujing took only 15 minutes, which was very convenient.
