The food and service in the restaurant were excellent! A nice short walk to the downtown area for a look around town."

As we arrived, we saw a young man (less than tween) watering the newly planted flowers. It set the tone for a calm enjoyable stay."

"Once more I am very impressed with my stay at Kootenai River Inn. During my stay we had a power outage due to a severe storm. The staff were very helpful and provided updates when available. They were all very accommodating. Adam the General Manager of the resort was both reassuring and empathetic to his guests. This to me is a true measure of service. That is when there is an emergency, or situation it is how it is handled. We'll done Adam and all the staff at the resort. I felt safe and taken care of well."

"8/10 Older and simple. Great for motorcyclists since it is a motor lodge. Parking bike outside your room etc AC is old and noisy but works. Water pressure is awesome, which was great given it had been a rather warm ride out there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the room was comfortable for the price. I hope they fix that AC unit though, man it was loud LOL!"
