This hotel is kinda ewww. It’s in a weird location and there are tons of tour buses parked all around it. I didn’t see any places to eat nearby. Avoid the elevators. Only one was working and we were afraid to use it bc the doors got stuck and wouldn’t open when we first arrived. We took the stairs from then on. The hallways look grimey. The carpets are all stained. It’s overall very unappealing aesthetically. The room is small, dark, and cramped as is the bathroom. I’d rate a C+/B- on cleanliness. It’s hard to tell if it’s dirty or actually just old but clean. There are very few outlets and no charging ports. The beds feel very old and cheap but were not as uncomfortable as I was expecting….they were ok. A couple good points: the rooms had a fridge and a microwave. It seemed to be insulated pretty well as I did not hear any highway or hallway noise….that’s kind of rare in even the best hotels. The breakfast was quite good and the attendant runs a very tight ship. You WILL put the gloves on before touching her buffet and she will be on your tail wiping down everything your gloved hands touch or spill and putting the serving utensils back exactly how she wants them. But she will also come clear your plate and smile at you and tell you to have a nice day. I appreciate the work ethic and her dedication to cleanliness. People can be gross, so I’m ok with the gloves. I’d say she and the breakfast were the highlights of the hotel…..but I won’t be staying there again because honestly it’s just below my standards.

Checked in after 12:15AM was given a smoking room and the FD staff started arguing that it is a NON-SMOKING room and THEY are supposed to take the SMOKING sign out of the door of that room. So we got moved to room 151. The FD agent said that she will bring the keys waited for sometime but there were no signs of her so we went downstairs to get the key. Now in RM151, at 12:30AM we are struggling to open the door as the installation of the door lock was done so poorly. In the shower the shower-head will have limited water because the water will constantly run in the tub and you get free hip-hop music as the shower makes so much noise, told the FD but they speak very little English so was no help. We go to B-Fast and wanted some hard boiled eggs and while picking up found a hair as the eggs were not wrapped and anyone can touch it as there were no tongs. Told the staff and they brought the hard boiled eggs out, upon taking only one bite we threw up because the eggs were rotten, smelly. Didn't said anything and left and shortened our stay to 2 nights but never went to bfast. Now we were heading out and wanted to iron clothes turn the iron ON and did a test and saw huge black residue in one of the pillow cover, went to Front Desk and asked for another iron which he didn't have after 10 minutes a HK comes to the room and handed me another gross iron to which I said I will not use it and need a one which does't have the burnt residue, thank god she gave me one. Saw the GM's name outside but never saw him once seems like he doesn't care. Overall, this is not a very clean hotel, the staff doesn't speak English, rotten breakfast and broken shower with free hip-hop music. I wonder how this hotel is keeping the brand name as the place looks shabby and the run down.
