"I really hope this review gets the attention of the hotel management. I travel a lot for work and usually don't leave reviews, but every time I come to Cangzhou, I typically stay at this hotel. However, today I witnessed something pretty disgusting: someone was washing shoes in the washing machine. It really grossed me out. There are even clear signs strictly prohibiting washing shoes, but some people just ignore them completely. I felt I had to report this problem and hope the hotel takes it seriously to prevent it from happening again. Just imagine if someone was unlucky enough to catch an infectious disease because of this – what then? Some might think, 'That's what a guest did, it has nothing to do with the hotel,' but it absolutely does. It's a lapse in hotel management. The truth isn't always pretty, but I do like this hotel and hope it continues to improve."

"What I loved most about my stay was the breakfast buffet. There was a huge variety of stations, with everything from noodles and congee to Western pastries. My favorite was the handmade 'jianbing' (Chinese crepes); the chef made them fresh on the spot. The batter was soft and chewy, the crispy fritter was perfectly crunchy, and the sauce had just the right amount of saltiness. It was authentic street food flavor without even leaving the hotel! The restaurant was clean and odorless, food was refilled quickly, and the service was excellent. This 'jianbing' alone is worth coming back for!"

"The room was very clean. Although it wasn't very big, it was very well-maintained and professionally done. There were some paid amenities in the room, which you could take if needed; the price wasn't expensive, and it wasn't much different from other places. Free parking was available, and it wasn't noisy despite being near the street. The front desk service was excellent and very attentive. Breakfast was provided, but I couldn't get up and missed it."
