Best Hotels in Carroll Township

This is a nice motel for a quick night stop. Don't expect anything crazy. They have nice sized rooms. The location is wonderful, right between Harrisburg and Gettysburg (also conveniently off the main road). I wouldn't heed too much of other comments because my experience wasn't anything like that. It was satisfactory and the staff was friendly and checked us in quickly too, which was great.

Was there for the outdoor show-The sign coming in is hard to see -When I went to check in the young man at the front desk said the card I reserved with wasn't working and I asked if he had the info correct HE DID NOT OFFER TO TRY AGAIN so I had to use another card - when I called The bank they let me know HE DID IN FACT HAVE MY EXPIRATION # WRONG- THE HOT TUB (WHICH I WAS MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO) was luke warm at best and pool very cold so I went to take a hot shower - was not HOT so I told the GUY at desk AND ALL HE SAID WAS I DONT KNOW WHY VERY NONCHALANTLY- The fridge in the room was very noisy but that was drowned out by the heater which was really noisy every time the heat came on .The breakfast was good and the bed very comfortable - The front desk guy was very apologetic when I told him my issues and he said the night guy should have offered me another room if available and at the very least apologized -PROB WON'T BE BACK though not the worst experience.I BOOKED IT MOSTLY FOR THE HOT TUB AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD LUCK WITH WINGATE

As budget motel stays go, my recent stay at Econo Lodge Mechanicsburg was one of the best. Clean, cozy rooms, friendly, helpful staff, and one of the most comfortable sleeps ever! Conveniently located to just about everything too. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very new and the staff is very nice. They provide good breakfast and good swimming pool. And the room is super big with clean kitchenwares and has big closet!

This review is for Courtney. She's definitely work holding on to. Courtney was very attentive to the needs of myself and coworker. There were about 10 other guests in the café area having great time. Courtney made sure everyone had what they needed in a timely fashion. Though she was taking care of cleaning, organizing and restocking everything behind the counter, she kept the conversation with us at the bar very lively. She's a joy to be around.
