I believe many guests, like myself, went up the mountain but didn't reach the hotel because the navigation said we were there, then stopped, and then walked a long way down only to find the path was blocked. None of the staff offered any advice beforehand; I had to call back to ask. Such beautiful scenery deserves to be seen by more people!"
