"Very poor customer service"

"Clean and relaxing in peace! Reception upon arriva was l very friendly and polite."

"Too remote, inconvenient"

"For breakfast the pancake machine didn’t work it would be nice to have waffle machine to have a better choice"

"It was nice and very spacious room. I was not expecting a fridge. It had all the amenities that needed to have. The pizza in there is nice. Try it when you get there."

"The service was terrible. They charged me twice, even though Trip.com had already paid for the room. The hotel charged me again, and they never refunded my $100 deposit. It was disgusting. Trip.com was completely useless in resolving the issue. This was the worst experience ever."

"As I remembered the wrong departure date, my luggage was sent to the security department by the hotel staff when I returned to the hotel at 6 pm, but I still had some personal belongings that I didn’t find. I went to the hotel front desk to contact the staff to find the room and did not send it. Now, is it the cleaning staff who helped me collect it? I have medicine I want to eat every day, and some daily necessities, including a few clothes, two pairs of shoes, electric razor, shopping bags, thermos cups, etc., and several computer U disks with important documents inside. I hope the hotel can help me find my belongings."

"A magnificent castle 🏰, a vast European-style lawn, sculptures, gardens, and fountains ⛲️, surrounded by a golf course. The corridors and halls are filled with art, adorned with paintings, sculptures, and pianos. The rooms are spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated and the internet signal 📶 is weak, but these flaws are negligible compared to the overall atmosphere of the estate! The hotel is not only a popular wedding venue in New York, but its restaurant is also a local hotspot on Long Island. For travel photography enthusiasts, the stunning scenery makes it a perfect spot for taking amazing photos!"
