I chose the Yishang Hotel Changsha Wuyi Square store for my trip to Changsha this time, and I definitely made the right choice – the experience was fantastic! First off, the location is unbeatable. It's right in the heart of Wuyi Square, surrounded by shopping districts. Whether I wanted to go to IFS, Taiping Street, or just explore and eat nearby, it was incredibly convenient. No wasted travel time at all, which is super friendly for tourists. The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent, very enthusiastic and thoughtful throughout. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was patient and quickly helped with any issues, which was really heartwarming. The room itself was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I got a great rest. The layout was well-designed, with excellent lighting and ventilation – great attention to detail. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, without any of the city noise, truly offering a peaceful retreat in a bustling area. All in all, I was very satisfied with every aspect. It's great value for money and perfect for both tourist trips and short stays with friends. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Changsha. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

The intelligent control of the room is super intimate~ the air conditioner is turned on remotely in advance, and it will be cool when you return to the room! There were many options for breakfast, and the Hunan rice noodles recommended by the front desk were quite good. It was a pleasant experience, and I'd recommend it to friends if I get the chance.

The hotel is 10 minutes away from the subway station. It is very convenient to go to Juzizhoutou and Wuyi Square, but it is inconvenient to go to the south gate of Yuelu Mountain. The lobby of the hotel feels very good, and parking in the hotel is convenient. There are convenience stores, pharmacies, fruit shops, and small restaurants next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The only dissatisfaction is with the room. The smell in the bathroom is very serious and cannot be solved by opening the window or flushing. I called the front desk and asked an aunt to come over and give me a bottle of 84 disinfectant, but it didn't solve the problem at all. The aunt said that if you rinse it more, the pipes might be clogged. It is recommended that the hotel actively deal with this odor problem. Very satisfied in other aspects.

Had an amazing stay! The facilities were well-equipped and smart, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were warm and attentive, even offering complimentary laundry service. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless bedding and a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The overall ambiance was simple and cozy. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the freshly made noodles and authentic ”tang you ba ba” (fried sticky rice cakes). Highly recommend!
