This was my first time staying here, and according to the driver, it's an older, established hotel, but the facilities seem to have been newly renovated. The service was excellent and very professional. I was traveling with my sister, and they specifically arranged our three rooms on the same floor, which was super convenient. The rooms themselves were perfectly arranged, clean, and tidy. The check-out process was quick, and we were even able to get a late check-out. I also really liked the photo-op activity in the lobby. Especially staff members #1 and #10, their service was incredibly nice!

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel environment is elegant, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The staff were warm and professional, making me feel right at home from check-in to check-out. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. The hotel environment is very good. The hotel is located in the Desqin business district. Next to the night market, the geographical location is very good, parking is also convenient, there are many delicious foods. It is not far from the high-speed rail station and it is very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic. The service attitude of the front desk ladies Jiaojiao and Xiao Liu is good. I like this hotel very much

Getting to Orange Isle is super convenient; you can either walk across Xiangjiang Bridge or take the subway just one stop. It's also only about 3 stops to downtown areas like Wuyi Square. Environment: The surrounding area is a bit so-so, with a few construction sites, but it's very quiet. Service and hygiene were both excellent, making me feel right at home.

Booked this hotel by chance, and it was pretty clean. The hot water came out fast and had good pressure, and the air conditioning was excellent. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, definitely worth trying – much better than the Zhou Ji noodles (my personal opinion), which were a complete mess. One minor issue: the toilet splashed water when you sat on it. On the bright side, the subway station is right on the -1 floor, making transportation very convenient.

The location is fantastic, right next to a great food street. The staff are friendly and the room is refined and tidy. I'll definitely be back, and it's close to the subway station too!

The room cleaning was thorough and meticulous, with a dry/wet separation bathroom, minimal dust on the floors and window sills, and clean, soft bedding. Toiletries were well-stocked, and the bathroom was odor-free. The 24-hour butler service was responsive, and check-in at the front desk was efficient with friendly staff. The delivery robot that goes directly to guest rooms was very convenient. The hotel features a smart home system with voice control for curtains and lighting; the river view rooms come with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and a simulated fireplace. The free mini-bar offers unlimited drinks, and the self-service gym and laundry room are well-equipped.
