GGuest UserI was very satisfied with the hotel. It's close to the subway, a museum, and Martyrs' Park. The hotel's environment and facilities are excellent. I loved that I could just ask the smart speaker to turn off the lights without getting out of bed – super convenient! The room was quiet too. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and the breakfast was delicious. I also want to give a special shout-out to front desk employee number three; their service was excellent and very thoughtful. All in all, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is a highly recommended hotel that showcases a new level of quality that guesthouses or guesthouse-style hotels can achieve. After staying two nights, I was genuinely a little sad to leave on the third day.
1. The space feels comfortable and well-designed, without being overly ostentatious or too simplistic. The lobby felt like a large living room at home, very welcoming. The corridors feature ancient architectural pillars, adding a touch of elegance.
2. The room's hardware quality is excellent, and the bathroom facilities are also top-notch. Everything visible to the eye felt reassuring, making for a great living experience.
3. The service details were excellent throughout the three days. Upon booking, we were offered a room upgrade and an extra bed. When we arrived, one of the staff members even helped us wipe dust off our suitcases, which my daughter kept mentioning because of how thoughtful it was. Every request was met, and you could feel that the hotel management is very humane, with staff who are enthusiastic, efficient, and natural. When leaving, I mentioned to the owner that the oranges were delicious, and they even gave us a bag of them.
4. The arrangement of breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks made us feel very warm and well-cared for. However, the overall taste of the food could be improved; the noodles didn't quite taste like Changsha-style noodles.
5. I especially want to thank the service staff, who were very enthusiastic and professional. They provided very warm assistance during the New Year period.
I wrote such a detailed review because I hope that guesthouse hotels of this quality can maintain their standards. It's also a small encouragement from a customer to the owner and staff who worked during the New Year period – they truly did an excellent job.

GGuest UserThe room has a smart Duer speaker, which creates a great atmosphere for music. The mattress is super comfortable, even for those with minor neck issues, you can get a good night's sleep. The location is also very close to the subway station. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Changsha, I'll definitely stay here again~

AAnonymous UserAbsolutely loved this B&B! The decor is incredibly unique and perfect for photos. The common areas are spacious and comfy, great for chatting and having tea with other guests – the vibe is just fantastic. Breakfast was healthy and great for the stomach, with super fresh ingredients, highly recommend! The location is superb, incredibly convenient for getting around. The projector TV was excellent quality, a big high-definition screen. I slept so well and soundly here; the soundproofing is great, very quiet, and even the windows have thick, double-layered blackout curtains. The service was excellent. Their 'Midnight Stomach-Nourishing Group' evening congee was delicious! I'll definitely be back!

PPangxiaozhuyaojianfeiThe night before, I booked the Hilton Changsha Shimao through the Hilton platform, and the experience was utterly terrible. The soundproofing was awful. I was woken up at 3 AM by noise from the hallway and didn't sleep a wink all night, ending up with a pounding headache.
First thing in the morning, I rebooked at the InterContinental via Trip.com. Miss Anna Jiang at the front desk was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely warm. I was so touched! She walked me to the elevator, introduced me to the hotel facilities and restaurants. She even pre-warned me that the river view rooms are near the elevators and to let them know if I experienced any noise so I could switch rooms. The concierge staff were also very proactive and helpful; I really appreciate their assistance.
Although the hotel's hardware facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained and clean. The room view was lovely, overlooking the delta where the Liuyang River and Xiang River converge. There's a direct passage to the adjacent shopping malls (Beichenhui/Joy City), making dining and shopping very convenient.
Breakfast here has the best Western pastries among all the international brand hotels I've stayed at in the past few months. It really suited my preferences, and the coffee was made with an espresso machine. There were also plenty of Chinese options, including rice noodles, but the texture wasn't quite to my liking; they were a bit too thick.
Before checking out, I realized I'd left a ring in the room. I called, and they informed me it had already been found and sent to the concierge. It was perfect timing as I was just returning from visiting the Changsha Museum and picked it up on my way back. Oh, and right across from the hotel are the 'Three Museums and One Hall,' which are within walking distance.
For food deliveries, you have to pick them up from external lockers, which is understandable and acceptable to me.

AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel because of its advertised location 50 meters from the subway station, but it turned out to be over 500 meters from the station, all along construction-affected roads, and it was incredibly hot and sunny. There was a large construction site behind the hotel, and the windows couldn't be closed. It's just too new and nothing is fully completed yet. None of my Ctrip benefits were recognized – no breakfast, room upgrade, late check-out, fruit, or snacks. It felt like I couldn't stay there unless I booked through Huazhu. The problem is, even the early booking discount for gold members wasn't as good as the Ctrip price.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Xiangjiang Middle Road subway station. Turn left from the exit and go through the tunnel under the bridge. It is only 200 to 300 meters away. It is easy to find. It is a 24-hour chain hotel. The room is very quiet, the facilities are very complete, the price is very suitable, and it is convenient for shopping. It is next to Taiping Old Street and behind it is Pozi Street. I will choose to stay here next time I come to visit.

This time, I came for Cai Jie's concert and since it's not far from Helong Stadium, I didn't hesitate to choose this place again. I even got a free upgrade to a room on the 28th floor, which was quiet, peaceful, and had a great view. There's a Cha Yan Yue Se downstairs, and it's not far from Orange Isle and the museum. Highly recommend!
