The hotel's Chinese garden landscape design is absolutely stunning, and being right next to Meixi Lake Park, the environment is just incredible. It's a bit far from the city center, but I actually prefer the quietness. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Overall, this resort offers fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Changsha.

The hotel upgraded our room to a one-bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It came with a washing machine and a thoughtful drying rack, making laundry super convenient every day. The room had a king-size bed, a desk, and a TV, which was great for the kids to do their homework. The living room featured a two-seater sofa plus a single armchair, a fridge, a small round table, a tea set, and a capsule coffee machine, along with another TV – perfect for entertaining guests and relaxing. Our package included two Sheraton breakfasts and access to the Sheraton hotel's swimming pool and gym. The apartment shares a lobby with the Sheraton hotel, making access incredibly convenient. It's a 15-minute bike ride to the Provincial Museum, and also an easy bike ride to the Line 2 subway station. The location is downtown; while it's a bit of a distance from the subway station, taxis are readily available. It was very hot during the summer holidays, so the kids went to the pool every afternoon and also had plenty of space to relax and play in the room. Highly recommended!

The high-floor view from the 47th-floor king room was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic view of the city. The room design was simple and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. The customer service from Sunnie was incredibly thoughtful; she patiently answered all my questions about luggage delivery and arranged everything perfectly, which saved me a lot of hassle. The overall experience was fantastic. The Trip.com package was a great deal, including ice cream, a mini-bar, afternoon tea, and breakfast. Having my luggage delivered directly to the high-speed rail station was very convenient! The hotel rooms are well-maintained, and breakfast is served until 1 PM, which is a great bonus!

We traveled to Changsha as a family and chose Lido Prime Hotel. The stay exceeded our expectations, offering incredible value for money across the board. First of all, the room was quite spacious and didn't feel crowded at all with a child. It was spotlessly clean, very fresh, and entirely odor-free. Secondly, Changsha was still a bit warm during our visit, but the air conditioning in the room worked wonderfully, the Wi-Fi was stable and fast, hot water came out instantly, and the toiletries were fully stocked. The bed was wonderfully soft, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep for everyone. The attention to detail was top-notch, featuring children's bathrobes, children's toothbrushes, and picture books. The elevators ran smoothly, and the public areas were clean and tidy. The location is very convenient for getting around, with major popular attractions just a short distance away. The hotel was overall very quiet, so our family could rest peacefully without any noise disturbance. The facilities are well-maintained; the laundry room has four washing machines and four dryers, so we never had to wait in line. While waiting for the laundry, there is a foosball table and a claw machine outside, which our child absolutely loved. Great value and exceptionally well-suited for family trips—we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Changsha! PS: Saw many award plaques in the first-floor lobby, truly well-deserved! 👍👍

They even provide disinfectant and laundry detergent, and there are thoughtful reminder notes in the bathroom, which is really convenient. It's very close to Exit 4 of Pingyang Station on the South Station Metro Line, just a few minutes' walk away. Breakfast is also rich and delicious, and the service is excellent. They upgraded me to a 3 PM late checkout, and I could park my car for free until evening, which made it super convenient for us to explore the city center. Next time I'm in Changsha, this will definitely be my first choice! 👍👍👍

What impressed us most was that the buffet was extended until 2 PM, allowing late risers like us to enjoy a leisurely and delightful meal. Especially noteworthy was that at 12 PM, the buffet switched to offering dinner dishes like foie gras, hairy crabs, roasted duck, and seafood, which was a wonderful surprise! 😊

The facilities are new, and the room is spacious, thoughtfully equipped with a kids' tent, toys, and bunk beds. My child went wild with excitement as soon as we entered! The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are also very friendly for families with kids. The staff were enthusiastic and professional, always ready to help. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the outdoor pool was absolutely stunning. The only minor suggestion I have is for the bubble pool's opening hours to be a bit more flexible. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and we'll definitely be back!

The location is right behind the IFS building, just a one-minute walk to the subway, making it convenient to go anywhere. The American retro design is thoughtfully done, not a cheap, trendy influencer-style decor. The room feels spacious and not cramped, and the cleanliness is well-maintained. Many hotels in this area have small rooms, but this one balances aesthetics, location, and comfort. If you're visiting Changsha and want a great downtown location, this place is definitely worth considering first.
