My stay here was truly wonderful, and I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff, especially one lady who was incredibly thoughtful and patient. Once, when I ordered takeout, the restaurant forgot to include cutlery. I contacted the front desk, and she went out of her way to look for some, eventually bringing me chopsticks from the hotel restaurant. This small detail really touched me and genuinely solved my problem. The hotel's additional services were also a pleasant surprise. They offer a luggage delivery service to the airport or high-speed rail station, which is such a convenience for travelers. In the evenings, they would even proactively message via WeChat, asking if I wanted a late-night congee. You could feel the meticulous care everywhere; it wasn't just a templated response but a genuine consideration for guests. Communication and responses were quick throughout my stay, and the staff were gentle and friendly. Many services were offered proactively, making my stay feel incredibly comfortable and secure. It's rare to find such a thoughtful hotel when traveling. I'm very grateful to all the staff and will definitely choose to stay here again next time. I also highly recommend it to any friends who are traveling!

The room was exceptionally clean, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom came equipped with disposable towels and toiletries, and the smart toilet was very convenient to use. The guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, making daily life very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to any questions. The location is excellent, close to dining and shopping, with complete amenities nearby. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it felt as comfortable as home. This will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in the area again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling.

The hotel environment is very good. The hotel is located in the Desqin business district. Next to the night market, the geographical location is very good, parking is also convenient, there are many delicious foods. It is not far from the high-speed rail station and it is very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic. The service attitude of the front desk ladies Jiaojiao and Xiao Liu is good. I like this hotel very much

This guesthouse is really unique, with a lovely garden style. It's located right in Chaozong Street, just a short walk to Zhongshan Road, and the entrance is a popular photo spot. The hygiene was good, very clean. There are many trendy spots nearby to discover. It's about a 10-minute walk to Peiyuan Bridge subway station and 15 minutes to Wuyi Square. However, I felt the room was a bit damp, quite high in humidity. I imagine a room on the second floor might be better.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a two to three-minute walk right out of the subway station. It's also a quick 5-minute walk to IFS, Heiwado, and Wangfujing. The 'Stress-Relief City View Room' offers direct views of IFS and Huangxing South Road. I'd probably stay here again next time because of the convenience.

Booked this hotel by chance, and it was pretty clean. The hot water came out fast and had good pressure, and the air conditioning was excellent. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, definitely worth trying – much better than the Zhou Ji noodles (my personal opinion), which were a complete mess. One minor issue: the toilet splashed water when you sat on it. On the bright side, the subway station is right on the -1 floor, making transportation very convenient.

This was my first time staying at the Huanzhi Hotel in Changsha, and the front desk service was absolutely excellent. They even gave me a free breakfast coupon. The breakfast spread was extensive and really delicious, and the auntie working in the breakfast area was incredibly kind and helpful. My room was very clean, and the hotel's location is super convenient – close to Wuyi Square and other attractions. It's also just a few minutes' walk to the metro station, making it easy to get anywhere. I highly recommend staying here! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Changsha. It offers fantastic value for money with attentive and thoughtful service, and its convenient location makes it a top choice. I strongly recommend it!

Fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, and Chaocong Street is right outside with tons of food, drink, and entertainment options nearby. The room was clean, the bedding was fresh, and the soundproofing was good. Very satisfied.

This homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

The room was a bit small, and the river view room only offered a very tiny glimpse of the Xiang River, which honestly was quite disappointing. The environment didn't live up to my expectations. However, the location is truly excellent, making it worth the price.
