比想象的好很多，因為價格便宜，所以沒報太大的希望。。。
結果來了之後發現很棒，在重慶四十多度的夏天，空調非常涼爽，房間空間很大，位置很方便，離商業中心和高鐵站都很近，以這個價格簡直是性價比之王了。。。
前台的服務態度很好，熱情、專業。。。

無論從設施，衞生，環境還是服務，都是這塊兒做得最好的酒店，普通消費，星級感受，對早餐沒那麼太講究的（跟五星級酒店比），我推薦這裏。高鐵🚄接送，16點退房，住了一次，就是很多次。
網上訂比實體店裡訂便宜。就是搞不懂為什麼。

VINA ADELA紅酒1瓶:差勁，就是幾塊錢都不值的勾兑產品！
設施：老，舊，臟，不值這個價格！
衞生：地毯看起來非常臟，噁心，衞生間，房間沙發椅子上全是長頭髮！
服務：前台服務人員態度惡劣，服務效率太低，服務態度理直氣壯，素質太低！
完全不值得這個價格，最多值100元的酒店價格，星級最多2星！

酒店地理位置很好，附近就是奧特萊斯商業街，吃飯很方便，酒店硬件設施不錯，房間面積很大，有智能控制開關，樓層也很高，工作人員很熱情，好評

酒店地址偏，對於轉機的客人很不方便，承諾的接送站服務很差，司機誤導客人，本可以説明從虹橋機場達乘地鐵去浦東機場，卻指示客人去高鐵站，結果又需進站.出站.進站多次安檢。太不專業。酒店質次價高，不會在訂此酒店，
