The perfect balance of price, scenery and service. First of all, the location is very good. If there is no self-driving, it is only a few hundred meters from the nearest terminal and bus station. There is a big supermarket within a few hundred meters, so it is convenient to buy everything. The hotel has a perfect view and is located by the lake. You can enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Como from the hotel lobby and the hotel garden. Most of the rooms should have a very good view. No other plan to enjoy the view in the hotel is very satisfying. The overall facilities of the hotel are also ok, 4 stars are no problem, and the bedding is very comfortable, which is considered an excellent level among 4 stars. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with the scenery of the restaurant, very enjoyable. Finally, the service is good, and the staff are very helpful.

The location of the hotel is OK, very close to Lake Como, right on the commercial street. There are supermarkets, McDonald's restaurants nearby, and the hotel also has its own breakfast. However, the breakfast is a bit worse than other three-stars, but the price includes breakfast and it is very good. The heating in the hotel is not warm, it is recommended to ask the front desk for a quilt if it is cold. If there is no breakfast in the room, don’t spend 10 Euros per person for breakfast in the hotel. It is better to go directly to the nearby McDonald’s or have breakfast at the bar. It’s about 5 Euros for two people. If you drive to the hotel, it is recommended to call in advance and set the location of the hotel. There are not too many cars in the yard at the entrance of the hotel. 15 euros a day for parking

Review for a one day stay from Singaporean who stay 29-30 August 22.
Location- hotel ideal location near to ferry . 10-15 min walk to cable car. From como railway station . Go down the stair from the exit of the station. Follow the pedestrian crossing and go down and walk straight into the town . Easy .
Hotel: super clean . Air con was super good and cold ! I love it . Room wise size is ok. Ruben was helpful and explain to us what to do for our W day stay . Where to take ferry. Where to take cable car . He was nice and smiling .
Food: I did not opt for breakfast as there are many food around . I had twice the gelato for nearby shop. It was good !
Overal. My stay in room 403 was great ! Check in and out was easy .
Please stay here. At night I also went to the square juat below and chill out with food .

SStephanieCheck in was easy and seamless. You get your personal code to access the room. I was in an 8-bed mixed dorm. Great vibes all round. Everyone was very friendly. Oh and a complimentary welcome drink too. There's a 24hour supermarket right next door which wsas very handy to have for late arrivals.
Bathroom was clean and easy. plenty of space for storage despite being in a 8-bed room. highly recommended.

GGuest UserWe visited Como to celebrate a birthday in this magical place.
Disgusting service when there was a mistake made at check in … it was an understandable mistake made by the lady checking me in (we are all human after all). I had accepted there was nothing that could be done at the time and as I had booked through trip.com I was referred back to them to arrange a refund for the difference between my booking and the room provided. Unfortunately the hotel then lied to the booking provider about the events that took place and as a result I ended up paying $900 a night to stay in a standard $600 odd room for 2 nights. After receiving the telephone transcript from trip.com I confronted them about the lie the front desk lady said because she wasn’t the person that checked me in she just went on what she thought must have taken place.
Thanks to Marcel for doing his best to help out on the last night. Very much appreciated.
General manager unavailable to see me to resolve. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere
Btw Como itself is absolutely amazing and definitely worth a visit

GGuest UserThe location was great but it was a strange hotel. We were in room 901 but it was on the ground floor. We opened the door and were hit by a heavy perfume aroma. This never went away even when we opened a window. The fly screen had holes in it. The room was an odd shop with the bathroom door touching the bed. It was difficult to stand at the sink as the toilet was in the way. The bed was lumpy so we didn’t sleep well. However the breakfast was excellent and the lady was welcoming. Disappointed to be honest.

AArdis LService and room are best. Also price is cheap. But there are not kettle , cups , spoons or another things , maybe these are optional things but i need mostly. So overall i recommend this hotel to everyone. A little bit far from Como ( 1 station about 15 min ). It locates in Como Camerlata.

IIuliiaExcellent location - up to 15 minutes walk to the center, station and pier. There are good and inexpensive places for lunch and dinner nearby, I join the people recommending the pizzeria on the corner). Yes, the hotel is not new, but everything worked and it was clean. The breakfast wasn't very varied, but I enjoyed it and left full. I was completely satisfied with the price/quality ratio!

Basically, water, tea, coffee, towels and soap are ready, but you have to bring shampoo and other shower supplies!
There is a restaurant under the hostel and very close to the lake!
