"It's a good hotel in a good location, near restaurants, shops, and public transport. The staff was friendly. The room is fine, but I missed having shelves or hooks in the bathroom. I certainly will return to this hotel!"

"This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a casino and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need. The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back."

Even if you were to find a place for $5 to $10 less dollars take a great piece of advice look at both hotels before you book them because I bet you the West Plaza going to be worth way more to you. I'm in the next basketball player so most ex basketball players know everything by 15 ft because that's how far the free throw line is this looks like almost a square 15 the living room so that would get you at 3:25 to 350 and then you got about another $150 in the bathroom so it's plenty of room if you're a family and you need two beds the rooms are huge and one other thing I throw in if you were to bring a lot of people they better room here that I've never seen before it's cross the street from it across the room for me I wish I could take a picture of it it has three beds in it and it's beautiful"
