"Wonderful hotel within walking distance to the river and historic neighborhoods. They kept my bag for a few hours while I wandered around downtown after check out. The hotel gave me two vouchers for free drinks/snacks at their attached cafe which was wonderful. They also put free chocolate chip cookies on my door handle! The only downside for me was that the room had a strong (but not unpleasant) perfume fragrance and sometimes you could hear the traffic at night. But it's worth the location and hey, better than smelling like bleach. I'd stay here again 👌"

"Keys didn’t work at first. Had to go remagnetize the key, that’s annoying when you’re tired. Lots of loitering out front. Most notable was that there were barely any guests. At about 10:30 pm, someone was trying to open the door. The top part was locked. I called the front desk and they came to apologize for trying to give someone else the room. How could that happen when we just checked in and they knew my room number because they just remagnitized my key? That’s shady and unacceptable."
