"We booked the highest priced room and received the lowest priced room. The excuse was: “our policy is that we don’t guarantee the room booked for 3rd party Party bookings. We don’t give refunds, talk to your booking agent.” So much for prepaid no recourse bookings. Hilton was no help in making this right on the spot. We will see when there’s time to contest the bait & switch. Trip.com was good about offering a partial refund of the difference in cost. However, they want your bank account information to send the refund. I don’t know about you, but I am not willing to send complete banking information to someone in Singapore. So I agreed to trip coins. A sour note to an otherwise great family visit. A view from the window"

"This stay was great! The hotel is in an excellent location and convenient for travel. The room is spacious, bright, clean, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, which gave me a good night's sleep. The service is impeccable, and the staff are warm and thoughtful, and they are always responsive. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with a wide variety. The facilities are complete, including a gym and a swimming pool. Highly recommended to everyone!"
