"The young lady at check in/out is phenomenal at her job. I think her name is Luce? Hispanic young lady. She makes you feel so welcome and respectful goes without saying. What I love the most is the consistency of her service at each and every visit. I look forward to seeing her and the lady that prepares the breakfast, OMG the Manager is so lucky to have such an incredible staff working for Holiday inn Express. Breakfast was not bad, but nothing to rave about.
Only downside was the elevator situation. Only 1 of the two elevators was working and at busy times it would take some time for the elevator to arrive."
