"This spot was very enjoyable. I loved the set up where I felt like it was a cottage community. There was an indoor pool with a hot tub, which I was able to enjoy. There was also a gym and a laundry room I didn’t get to have time to explore yet knowing it was there made me like this inn. We were able to get free breakfast, in which they had a variety. The location was in a desirable location. Now the service I would’ve said impeccable but I did experience an odd situation where room service didn’t fully service the room. One bed was undone due to a person blanket we didn’t remove, yet the other bed was halfway done. Other than that I would’ve rated 10/10 for all the smiles and great attitudes all around. The young gentleman receptionist was so kind and generous. I would definitely come back to this Inn."

If an outdoor fire pit or Chiminea is not provided, DO NOT under any circumstances gather rocks or other materials from around the home and create your own! This does not apply to the Propane BBQ's that is provided for your cooking pleasure. DO NOT use the BBQ for anything other than cooking your meal on, they are NOT intended to be used as a 'Fire Pit' and due to the propane tank attached to them they could explode by doing so.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
Guest acknowledges that security cameras are used at our cabins to ensure the security of the premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage to the property Guest acknowledges, that there are 2 front facing Security Cameras onsite. One Ring door bell and One Camera above garage.

We try and cater to all groups, small and large, and our price reflects that. Although the description says accommodations are for 22 guests, we offer the rates to allow for smaller groups as well. OUTSIDE FIRES:
Per Madera County rules, no fires are allowed during May to October. California has been experiencing a severe drought and the area is extremely dry and the potential for a Wildfire is just too high to risk allowing guests to have an outdoor fire. When the fire ban is lifted and outside fire are allowed and they MUST be in an approved Fire Pit or Chiminea. If an outdoor fire pit or Chiminea is not provided, DO NOT under any circumstances gather rocks or other materials from around the home and create your own! This does not apply to the Propane BBQ's that is provided for your cooking pleasure. DO NOT use the BBQ for anything other than cooking your meal on, they are NOT intended to be used as a 'Fire Pit' and due to the propane tank attached to them they could explode by doing so.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
Guest acknowledges that security cameras are used at our cabins to ensure the security of the premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage to the property Guest acknowledges, that there are 4 front facing Security Cameras onsite. One Ring door bell at main entrance.
POOL RULES:

We are so glad to share our darling cottage near Yosemite National Park with you! The home is located just 20 minutes away from the south entrance of Yosemite, 8 minutes to the swimming beach at Bass Lake, and 2 minutes away from the town of Oakhurst with its restaurants, cafes, galleries and grocery stores.
The home is surrounded by massive granite boulders, giving you the true feeling of being in the Sierras out every window.
The cottage is fully equipped with blazing fast WIFI, air conditioning, a clothes washer/dryer, a full kitchen, bathroom, and Roku TV for streaming.
Our main goal, however, in designing the home is to give you a beautiful place to enjoy nature. Every single window has a stunning view of granite boulders, mountains, trees, or sometimes even wildlife (mostly rabbits).
The home comfortably sleeps between 2-5 people. The cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is a great size for two couples or a family. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds and one of the bedrooms has a twin size pullout trundle underneath to sleep an extra person if required.
The property is filled with massive granite boulders all around that are great for climbing and exploring. Our kids love using them as a playground, though please make sure children are supervised and people climbing the boulders or exploring the property due so at their own risk.
Important note #1: The drinking water in the kitchen is purified using a reverse osmosis machine that filters our natural spring well water on the property. However, faucet water and shower water has kind of a salty tasty due to minerals in the area. While this water is perfectly safe, it's pretty salty tasting. Just drink the filtered water from the special drinking water tap in the kitchen!
Important note #2: This home is a very cute country cottage, but you're still out in the country! While we go out of our way to provide a modern, comfortable environment, you may see critters and bugs. As with everywhere near Yosemite, it's country life in the Sierras out here!

The home is surrounded by massive granite boulders, giving you the true feeling of being in the Sierras out every window.
The cottage is fully equipped with blazing fast WIFI, air conditioning, a clothes washer/dryer, a full kitchen, bathroom, and Roku TV for streaming.
Our main goal, however, in designing the home is to give you a beautiful place to enjoy nature. Every single window has a stunning view of granite boulders, mountains, trees, or sometimes even wildlife (mostly rabbits).
The home comfortably sleeps between 2-5 people. The cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is a great size for two couples or a family. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds and one of the bedrooms has a twin size pullout trundle underneath to sleep an extra person if required.
The property is filled with massive granite boulders all around that are great for climbing and exploring. Our kids love using them as a playground, though please make sure children are supervised and people climbing the boulders or exploring the property due so at their own risk.
Important note #1: The drinking water in the kitchen is purified using a reverse osmosis machine that filters our natural spring well water on the property. However, faucet water and shower water has kind of a salty tasty due to minerals in the area. While this water is perfectly safe, it's pretty salty tasting. Just drink the filtered water from the special drinking water tap in the kitchen!
Important note #2: This home is a very cute country cottage, but you're still out in the country! While we go out of our way to provide a modern, comfortable environment, you may see critters and bugs. As with everywhere near Yosemite, it's country life in the Sierras out here!
