"The service was terrible. The bathrooms were completely dirty and unusable. "This hotel appealed initially because of its close proximity to the major sites of Leon. It is on the edge of the old city within 400m of the Catedral. No onsite carpark but low cost (€2.80 per day) public option a short walk away - Aparcamiento San Pedro - Catedral 1. In addition, the many positive attributes of the hotel made it an 'excellent' for me. Cool Scandinavian style decor throughout both in bedrooms and public areas. Light wood and white walls making a pleasant change from the ubiquitous heavy dark wood still found in so many Spanish establishments. The place was spotless. Staff from front desk to cleaners polite and helpful. Breakfast is an option but a myriad of good cafes to choose from in the centre. "
