Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Conyers

"Nobody came to refresh the room such as linen, towels, trash or toilet paper. I had to physically track down staff in order to get clean towels, more toilet paper and soap. Also one member of the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional the morning of 01 Sep 2025. She came to say I had passed checkout time at 11am. The paper I signed when I checked into the room said checkout was at 12pm so I was going off what was documented on the paper given to me and was never informed checkout was at 11am. I tried to explain that I did not mean to go past checkout time intentionally and I was going off the copy of the document that was handed to me at check in. She immediately got rude and started raising her voice at me as if I was intentionally trying to break the rules and even though it was simply a misunderstanding due to the typo on the document. I informed her I was coming down to extent my stay anyway and was I would have come down before checkout time if I had known prior that it was 11am instead of 12pm. The unprofessionalism, rudeness and attitude was definitely uncalled for because it was a simple misunderstanding and I was trying to be apologetic for not coming down to extend before the 11am checkout time. The other two front desk staff I encountered during my stay have been more than amazing and extremely professional, kind and helpful."
