"This review must be a bad one! On ***** New Year's Eve, I took eight people and a corgi to Fuxian Lake, stopping in Daguan County. We booked four rooms at this hotel. When I checked in, the front desk refused to let me in, saying I had a dog. I explained I had a kennel and provided a 500 yuan deposit, but they still wouldn't let me stay. I thought, okay, I respect them, so I checked into the other three rooms. My husband and I took the dog to another hotel, but this hotel charged me 79 yuan, citing breach of contract! This is the first time I've encountered such an unreasonable and unkind hotel! I spend over 10,000 yuan on Ctrip every year and book a lot of hotels. Even those that aren't pet-friendly made every effort to accommodate us because we had a dog. I respect them, but they refused to let me stay, so I left, and then they charged me! Absurd! In the end, we ended up staying at a small, pet-friendly business hotel!"
