Their service is incredible and the hotel is very clean. Staff were friendly and really helpful, thanks to them for offering a suitable solution for my sick friend who needed more rest. We didn’t get the time to walk around the hotel, so the pictures I took were mainly the surrounding area which was beautiful. (Didn’t expect to see so many 蓝花 still at the end of May) As for the room, it was big and spacious. First picture is view, last picture was when we were stargazing. The only things to note is that there isn’t really a place for clothes in the shower area, only a small place to hold shower bottles. Another would be the need to plug the insect repellent to the switch upon entering the room. We were oblivious at first so there were many mosquitoes in the common area, and thankfully none in the other room. Finally a tip, you can ask them to transport you to 理想邦 and there is also a discount. Overall, we had a lovely stay thanks to the hotel’s hospitality☺️

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Yunnan. 🤍 We had such a wonderful stay at SONGYUN Follow Your Heart. From the moment we arrived until checkout, everything felt peaceful and thoughtfully prepared. A special thank you to our butler, Eric, for taking such good care of us. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, Google Translate made everything easy. Eric was incredibly patient, friendly and always ready to help. What I loved most: ✨ Beautiful modern design. ✨ Spotlessly clean. ✨ Quiet and peaceful — perfect if you’re looking to slow down and recharge. ✨ The staff even carried our luggage all the way up the stairs to our room with a smile. ✨ 24-hour buggy service was a lifesaver because the area is quite hilly. It made getting around so much easier. ✨ I also loved the music player in the room. The relaxing Chinese music created such a calming atmosphere after a long day exploring Dali. Sometimes it’s not just the hotel that makes a stay memorable, but the people behind it. Thank you, Eric and the entire team, for your warm hospitality. Our 'butler service' means you get a dedicated butler providing one-on-one service from the moment you check in. They'll contact you in advance to confirm your arrival time, arrange shuttle pick-up, and send friendly reminders about breakfast times and other important notes via group chat. Facilities: The hairdryer's airflow is really weak, not even as strong as the wind off Erhai Lake! The bedside lamp isn't working, but everything else is okay. Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and no strange smells – pretty good. Environment: The space is large and bright. My only complaint is the view from the window isn't great. Service: The service is excellent; anything we needed was delivered to the room very quickly, and the breakfast tasted good. Honestly, the view from the guest room window is quite disappointing.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! I booked a sea-view room and the view was absolutely stunning. Opening the floor-to-ceiling windows revealed the entire ocean, and both the sunrise and sunset views were incredibly therapeutic. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful. The environment was quiet and peaceful, and relaxing while looking at the sea was simply delightful. It offers great value for money. This is definitely my top choice for a sea-view stay, and I'll be back here next time!

The room was spacious and located in Idealism Village. It had excellent facilities and thoughtful service, including a balcony and breakfast. Idealism Village itself is truly beautiful! There's a swimming pool and lovely flowers, and you get panoramic views of Erhai Lake – it's an absolute must for photos!

A truly perfect trip! Here, I enjoyed sunny weather, stunning Erhai Lake views, and a fantastic large balcony. The room layout, including the full-length mirror, was exceptionally beautiful. What sets this hotel apart from others in Ideal State is its deep commitment to the Santorini, Greece-style design. While some other places might only have an exterior that fits the theme, with very ordinary interiors, this hotel extends that Greek Santorini vibe to both its facade and inside the rooms. You can even watch the sunset from bed! And the next morning, with a bit of luck, I captured some amazing 'blue hour' photos. The butler and hotel service were incredibly attentive; basically, anything I needed, the butler would take care of. The afternoon tea, with ginger-syrup drizzled waffles and other delicious treats, was also perfectly to my liking. Actually, I fell in love with this room when I first saw the hotel six months ago (yes, I even preferred it over others with pools!). So, I saved up and finally came today, half a year later. What can I say? I feel incredibly lucky. The weather forecast had predicted cloudy and rainy days for Dali, but the moment I arrived, it cleared up and stayed sunny until I checked out. Plus, it wasn't too crowded when I visited (it might be peak season later on). In short, I highly recommend it! If you're planning a trip to Ideal State, definitely come to this hotel and stay in this room!

Every day when I opened my eyes, I could see the healing blue, and at night I could fall asleep to the sound of the waves 🌙 ▪️ **The room is full of details**: The 180° viewing bathtub faces Erhai Lake directly, and you feel like you own the entire lake when taking a bath! The bedding is as soft as clouds and any photo taken will look like an Instagram-style blockbuster. ▪️ **The service is comparable to five-star**: The lady at the front desk took the initiative to help with the luggage. When she learned that we were catching an early bus, she specially prepared a portable breakfast in advance. This kind of detail-oriented service really warms my heart💐 ▪️ **Excellent location**: 5 minutes walk to the Erhai Lake Ecological Corridor, where you can rent a bicycle and start cycling around the sea! The hotel has its own viewing restaurant. The cross-bridge rice noodles for breakfast are so delicious that they make your eyebrows drop. In the evening, you can watch the pink and purple sunset covering the sky from the terrace. The romance value is immediately maxed out! Next time I come to Dali, I will definitely go there! Choosing this B&B was the best decision of our trip! Seriously, a huge shout-out to the owner – the experience was absolutely fantastic! First, let's talk about the location and view. It's literally 'door opens to the sea.' The room was much bigger than I expected and incredibly clean, which makes sense since it's newly opened and all the facilities are brand new. The absolute best part is that the bed faces the floor-to-ceiling window. Every morning, you wake up to the shimmering sea, and at night, you can lie in bed listening to the waves, just zoning out. It's so therapeutic, making all your worries disappear. I have to specifically praise the owner! They are truly, truly wonderful – so warm and thoughtful, offering a completely 'concierge-level' service. As soon as we arrived, they helped us plan our itinerary, making sure our days were packed but not rushed, so we didn't have to think about a thing. They also recommended several local eateries that only residents know about, and the food was amazing, plus great value for money. We successfully avoided all the tourist traps. The breakfast every day was also very thoughtfully prepared. Simple but delicious. I genuinely loved it and will definitely be back!

Overall, this place is pretty good. The rooftop viewing platform really lives up to the hype – it's stunning and perfect for photos! The service is also great. For breakfast, you choose the night before, and it includes either a Chinese or Western set platter (it's for two people, you have to pick one), two main dishes (like rice noodles or 'er si'), and two drinks. It's conveniently located right by the road, but because of that, it can get quite noisy at night with passing cars. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider. But if you're willing to overlook that for some amazing photo ops – like me – then it's totally worth it!
