Take a stroll around the creative 'Jiama Rubbing' stall, which offers unique Dali-style cultural products, and experience the charm of local intangible cultural heritage. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, making our extended stay feel as comfortable as being at home. The hotel offers convenient access to Erhai Lake Moon Wetland Park and Daguan Yi Food Commercial District. The self-service laundry room and charging stations are also fully equipped, making it a great choice for family trips or short-term stays. ✨

This hotel is great; the rooms are spacious, clean, and bright. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and was the best I had during my stay in Dali. The laundry room is also excellent and convenient to use. The front desk staff are very helpful, attentive, and thorough, and the valet service for the parking garage was consistently on point—kudos to them. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside, which really helps with the difficulty of finding taxis in Dali.

The room was spacious and very close to the Xi'er River. It was a short walk along the river to Erhai Lake. The lobby had a coffee machine and a microwave, and there was a bus stop right outside, making it convenient to get to Dali Ancient City. The elevator broke down during our stay, so taking the stairs became a good workout. When checking out, the front desk sent someone to help with our luggage after a quick call. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful.

Stayed here for a business trip and was very satisfied. The front desk lady was incredibly nice and helped me check in quickly even though I arrived late at night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was definitely worth the price. I'll come again. Exceeded expectations! The hotel is new and stylishly decorated. The location is convenient, and most importantly, the soundproofing is excellent – I slept soundly until morning. Five-star rating, highly recommend. Pretty good, no complaints. Cleanliness, service, and location all lived up to the price. Nothing to criticize, full marks.

Because I had an early high-speed train the next day, I booked this hotel last minute, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! When traveling and staying in hotels, hygiene is what matters most to me, and this place completely met my expectations. The bedding was clean, and the room was tidy – that's a huge plus! The check-in experience was also excellent. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the cleaning ladies I passed in the hallway, was incredibly friendly. The staff helped us with our luggage and even provided slippers and toothbrushes for the kids. The breakfast was also very substantial. Moreover, the location is super convenient, less than a kilometer from Dali Station. Since I was traveling with elderly family members, children, and luggage, the hotel even drove us to the high-speed train station the next morning. Oh, and the hotel TV has screen mirroring capabilities. A truly great hotel, I highly recommend it!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. My experience in the standard room last time was excellent, and this time, with friends, we booked a room for playing cards and mahjong. Checking in again felt like coming home. The hotel truly shows attention to detail in every aspect. The staff noticed we wanted to play cards and proactively replenished drinking water and disposable teacups; after sitting for a while, we casually mentioned needing cushions, and the staff quickly brought them. The room was impeccably clean, the card equipment was brand new, and the hot water and bedding were all in perfect condition. The service is full of thoughtful little details, especially the receptionist, who is always smiling and very welcoming. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I don't usually leave reviews, but this hotel is truly a hidden gem, a top choice for any trip to Dali!

The soft furnishings felt high-quality, and the lounge sofa was plush and cozy. The carved wooden bay window by the window, paired with the woven pendant lamp, really set the mood and was perfect for photos. The bed was soft and clean, with tidy linens, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a shower niche, and toiletries were well-stocked. The entrance counter came with a kettle and a mini-fridge, very convenient for daily use. The overall environment was quiet, cleanliness was top-notch, and attention to detail was evident everywhere. It's an excellent choice for accommodation, and I'll definitely be back!

The room was absolutely fantastic! You could see the river right from the window, and the view was incredible. The hotel's decor was also really unique, and the service was excellent. On our first day, we arrived in Dali quite early, and they were able to store our luggage for us. We stayed for two nights, and the front desk staff was truly wonderful. Our child especially loved the lady at the front desk; she was so warm and friendly every time we came and went. She even gave our child a fridge magnet! We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Dali.

Pros: Near shopping mall and amenities, plenty of restaurants and grocery and clothes to shop Cars can stop directly outside the hotel for drop off and pick up Room is spacious Good hot water shower. Hot water boils very fast and last very long. Bed is very comfy Cons: Not a foreigner friendly hotel Wifi cannot be linked as the wifi uses wechat verification Hotel desk phone unable to use, need to call reception using local number, which will be international call for foreigners Our wall plug was faulty on both side beds. Toilet is not segregated so can smell and hear everything thats happening in the toilet. We had to buy our own air freshener if not we can smell it from our bed. Likewise the cold wind will come in when showering. The shower floor is mosaic tiles, quite sharp if showering barefooted. The curtains cannot close fully. Will have a gap and light coming in from outside at night. Theres a whooshing sound coming from the corridor due to strong wind. Can be heard throughout the night. The light switches are everywhere. Not consolidated into 1 place. Need to move to 3 different light switch areas to switch off different lights. Design is very not user friendly, doesnt make sense at all infact. Main room light is by the second bed, switch off all light button beside first bed. Laundry area was provided but dryer was not working. Clothes unable to dry in cold weather Does not have a non-smoking level Our toilet has a string of poop stuck at the pipe. No matter how many times we flush we can still see it.

The room was very spacious, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and even thoughtfully helped resolve our breakfast issue. The facilities were complete, and the laundry room and gym were clean and well-organized. It's very close to Dali Railway Station, which saved us the trouble of getting stuck in traffic or needing a taxi. Highly recommended!
