"這是我此次貴州自駕遊住過7個酒店當中 最不滿意的一個。首先是下午5點左右到達酒店後前台竟沒有人值班。20多分鐘找不到人，無奈我們把兩位70多歲的長者放在酒店大堂後，就去參觀高要梯田了。第二是。行車途中服務員通過我的夥伴電話與我們取得聯繫。我告訴他，我們4個人兩間房需要升級。服務員告我説她們房酒店升級房間要收費。我説我在下單時已經確定了我有免費升房權益。他又看了電腦以後才承認説有這個升房權益但還是不願意給升。我就説你先把那兩個70歲的長者給免費升成豪華間，另一間無所謂了。這才不情願的給升了一間。第三是吃完晚飯回來問前台要一個電蚊香，回答説沒有。我問沒有怎麼驅蚊呢？她這才打了一通電話之後從前台下拿出一個PM2.5發生器（蚊香），並沒忘記為我這個不抽煙的人配上一個打火機。我心説我剛把房間的煙味兒放的差不多，你又給我配上這麼一個古董，真是無奈。第四是洗澡時發現浴巾少一條。為了不觸發酒店的那個賠償條款，我告訴前台服務員請幫我補一條。前台服務員反覆的問我，你確認就衹少一條浴巾嗎？弄得我一頭霧水。第五是按時去吃早餐時發現餐廳裏沒有一個人，也見不到任何食物。喊了好半天，有一個老阿姨出來説現在吃早餐的人少。你們再等一會兒。等水燒開了，我給你們煮一點粉。望着電磁爐上的盆子裏的水還不知道什麼時候能夠開，看着空空如也的餐廳，我們無望的離開了。總之通過這些我覺得這個酒店的管理水平已經脱離時代了，至少是落伍了。"
