The toilet paper ran out, and I had to go to reception to ask for more. Breakfast is the most basic thing imaginable. Nothing I would pay for anywhere else. In fact, we only had it one morning out of the eight we had paid for. The deposit they charge upon check-in should be collected in cash and returned at check-out once they see that the room was spotless, instead of having to wait for a refund to be processed to the credit card who-knows-when."
