"The stay was fine The beds were Very comfortable. The heating/cooling unit could not be turned off; a rather old unit I think. So that was a bit aggravating. The bathroom did not have a soap dish which I found odd There were plenty of lights/easy on/off switches The TV .must be relatively old as there are permanent white spots in the picture when it is on The breakfast was good."

"The hotel is located in a beautiful area with a large grounds area, including a banquet hall and various events on weekend evenings. There are also outdoor dining and performance areas. The rooms were clean and the service was warm. The only annoying thing was the huge noise from the air conditioner in the window. Even when it was closed, I could still hear noise from other rooms. What's worse, it would start automatically, so closing it didn't help. After thinking about it, I realized that turning up the temperature would prevent it from restarting automatically."

"Extremely unprofessional experience with the woman at the front desk at Macintosh. I was mistreated, spoken to disrespectfully, and ultimately kicked out with no compassion or understanding. This environment is supposed to offer relaxing, clean, nice environment, yet what I received was hostility, judgment, and emotional harm. No one deserves to be treated this way—i woke up 30 mins late-it was 11:30, I brought my money down and she started screaming at me(the fat miserable Indian lady) who hates on any woman that looks better than she does). She was screaming so loud, to the point I was crying, then she was saying if I didn’t pack up within 5 minutes she was calling the cops. She is an absolute nightmare. The place is dirty also, they tell you housekeeping is going to come, but the only time they do is when you get thrown out for waking up late. Management should seriously review who they put in charge of patient interactions. She is cruel and I hope karma gets her for what she did to me and probably has done to so many other people"

"Nice hotel, clean, tidy, and friendly front desk service. But there are very few airport buses. After getting off the plane, I called the hotel to reserve an airport bus, but no one picked up the call no matter how hard I called."

"Very clean room. Parking and laundry are convenient. There is a supermarket and restaurant at the door. Shuttle to and from the airport is 10 minutes away. The driver is very friendly and will help deliver it directly to the car rental company, so that people with a lot of luggage can save themselves the trouble of a second trip."

"The AC Hotel Newtown Square is new and offers free parking, but that’s where the positives end. At $300+ a night, the rooms have no comfortable seating—just a stiff work/dining chair—making it impossible to relax. Housekeeping is only every other day, laundry is overpriced and slow, and the overall value is bad. Elite recognition is non-existent. No free breakfast, just a $10 voucher toward a $20 meagre buffet with a broken Nespresso machine. No meaningful upgrades for Titanium Elites either—I was placed on a low floor right across from the elevator and ice machine. Next time, I’ll stay at the Hilton Garden Inn or go downtown. This was my first and last stay here."

"It is 28 kilometers from Philadelphia Airport. In fact, the taxi did not choose the 15-kilometer route. The room is very comfortable, converted from a villa, with a public toilet, very clean. There is no front desk. It is a last-minute reservation, and resources are limited, which is really helpless. Fortunately, I spent a night."
