"This was the first hotel I stayed at during my road trip to Hainan this year, and the experience was varied and complex: 1. Special praise to the hotel staff member GRO Meizi (to be honest, in all my years of traveling and business trips, I've stayed in countless high-end and luxury hotels, but none can compare to this customer service representative). After I placed the reservation while driving, I immediately received a call to confirm my accommodation information and personal needs, and she proactively upgraded my room free of charge. I arrived around 6 PM, and after checking in and going to my room, the bed rails I had mentioned were in place, and all my service requests were responded to in advance. 1. The proactive service and attitude deserve praise 👍🏻 2. After discussing the positives, let me mention the strange experience. We drove for most of the day, not wanting to go out for dinner, so the family of three ate at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. It was the first time in a county town restaurant that they asked for an extra service charge; it was also the first time that the power went out in our private room halfway through the meal, requiring us to change rooms; we ordered 7-8 dishes, and the "snowflake beef cubes" costing over 100 yuan were made with some kind of synthetic beef, and the nearly 100 yuan sweet and sour pork used grapes instead of pineapple as a side dish, and the meat itself was of unknown quality—it was truly disappointing. Although the restaurant manager and staff tried their best to mediate, the objective problems couldn't be ignored. 3. Our car was parked in the parking lot at night, and around 2-3 am, it was scratched by another guest's car. My brand-new car, only two months old, was passively damaged. Experiencing this on the first day of our road trip definitely affected my mood. Regarding the hotel, there were no staff on duty at the parking lot. If there were any guidance for guests, this wouldn't have happened; there were plenty of empty parking spaces."

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept exceptionally well. The view from the window was also beautiful. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick, and they even thoughtfully recommended nearby restaurants. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. Overall, it was great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in this city!"

"A super satisfying booking experience! Since we planned to take the Gangshou Cableway up Sanqingshan Mountain, we booked this guesthouse near Gangshou. The location was easy to find; it was the first guesthouse in the second row, and there was a convenience store nearby. The room was very clean, the water pressure was high, there was a small refrigerator, and the bed was very comfortable. Because we arrived quite late, the owner waited for us the whole time, even helping us carry our luggage upstairs and sending us a Sanqingshan tourist route guide. They even have an online tour guide to answer our questions—so thoughtful! The next morning, we took the owner's car to the cable car station! We were lucky that day; the weather was perfect, neither too hot nor too cold. Although there was heavy fog in the morning, it cleared up later, and the sun even came out for a while. We saw Goddess Peak, Giant Python Emerging from the Mountain, and Jade Maiden's Bliss. The tour guide the guesthouse helped us contact along the way was incredibly helpful! We were unsure of which way to go at a few intersections, so we asked the tour guide. He replied incredibly quickly and even told us which scenic spots were worth visiting – he was a huge help! Since we were going down the Jinsha cable car and then taking a bus directly to Wuyuan to catch the high-speed train, the landlady even drove us to the bus stop along the way, saving us a lot of time. We were so grateful! In short, I highly recommend this guesthouse!"

The environment is clean and the service is warm. Since there is no photo taken, the boss has cooked dumplings and dumplings. On the first floor is the restaurant opened by the boss himself. It is very convenient to eat a bowl of hot dumplings in the morning!"

Dexing city is also quite beautiful; I forgot to take pictures, but it's roughly the same room type as in the picture."

"This was our first time visiting Sanqingshan Mountain, and going during off-peak season definitely meant less crowds. We took the Gangshou Cableway up to Jinsha and down, a painless hike. The guesthouse owner was incredibly kind; he helped us plan our route and reminded us to bring an extra jacket for the kids as it gets windy on the mountain. The jacket proved invaluable; otherwise, they would have definitely caught a cold. There were also adorable kittens to pet, which the kids loved."

It's the driest duvet I've slept under since coming to Jiangxi – as a northerner, I give it a huge thumbs up! Environment: The decor and design are very stylish, showing the owner's thoughtful efforts and good taste. However, because our belongings were too messy, I'm just sharing a few detail shots for reference. Service: The handsome owner was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. When my friend caught a cold, we contacted him in the middle of the night, and he took us to the clinic for an injection. We are so grateful!!! Although we didn't see much at Mount Sanqing due to heavy fog, the owner's kindness alleviated some of the disappointment from the trip. It really makes you realize there are so many good people out there!"

Environment: Located at the head of the first row in Gangshou Village, the view from the window is of the roadside scenery, while the windows of other guesthouses in the rows behind offer views of other buildings. Service: Exceptionally attentive service. It's just a short walk from the parking lot to the guesthouse, and the owner readily helped with my luggage. They even provided pick-up and drop-off service for the Sanqingshan cable car and gave me a bag of fruit to eat on the hike, as things are scarce and expensive in the mountains. Recommended."

"I booked two rooms, Jianshan and Fuyao, and I really loved this hotel. I don't usually like guesthouses, but I genuinely loved this one. Although the view from the window is of a road, it's not noisy at all. There are mountains opposite, and the whole room is controlled by a smart speaker. Opening the curtains reveals distant mountains and nearby greenery. The room was very clean and spacious. It's incredibly close to the cable car station; the owner even drove us there. There are charging stations and parking downstairs, making it convenient if you drive. The only downside is that the area around Gangshou isn't very bustling, and there aren't many places to stroll around. Breakfast included egg porridge and steamed buns—very filling. There's a restaurant downstairs; I recommend the small river shrimp and kidneys—delicious!"
