The only problem was that the overhead shower in Room 701 had only one stream of water, which was not an even spray. It was uncomfortable to take a shower. "Best of the three hotels used in Shandong this trip. Best bit was how helpful the staff were. They went out of their way to feed me (the all day dining restraint was closed that day). QR code for room service links are broken - back to someone coming to the room with print outs of the menu. Food a tad bland: fruit was good. The bowl of fried rice could have fed a family of 6. Very limited English spoken all round, but we all muddled through."

"Everything is very satisfactory, the environment and facilities are much better than expected. I didn't want to stay here after reading the reviews, but my husband said we should wait until we go, so we went. Unexpectedly, the environment and facilities were better than Biadot. The whole season was not bad, and the price/performance ratio was super high. If you go to Hekou or Dongying, it must be your first choice. The only shortcoming is the service. Because there were too many people during the National Day and there were various wedding banquets. There were at least 4 weddings and various engagement banquets when we went. The waiters were limited, so don't ask for service. In addition, some rooms have refrigerators, and some rooms do not have refrigerators. Therefore, if you require a refrigerator, don’t forget to inform the front desk in advance when checking in. Great experience, I forgot to take pictures, it is really a great value for money accommodation experience."

"Warning! The service was terrible, especially at the front desk. I stayed two days and didn't see a single smile. I wanted to cast the TV in my room, but the front desk was slow to respond and unclear, so I couldn't cast it. The light outside the bathroom kept flickering; it looked like it was malfunctioning. My room key card demagnetized after midnight, so I went to the front desk to get it replaced. One of the staff, who seemed to know what was going on, told me to wait while she finished her other tasks. Okay, I waited, but then another staff member next to me rudely asked, "What's going on with you two?" Seriously? Where's the service? What's most infuriating is that my hotel clearly offered a late check-out until 2 PM, but they kept contacting me at midnight. When I told them we had a late check-out, they said they couldn't do it. If they can't do it, why offer a late check-out? They said they'd extend it to 1 PM for free, but I'd have to pay extra for 2 PM. I had to contact Ctrip customer service to get it resolved (I have pictures). I refuse to believe a hotel like mys couldn't find out about my 2 PM check-out. What a load of rubbish! Their behavior is appalling. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Warning!"
