"This place was a scene out of a creative movie full of character, colors, uniqueness, history, and MORE! Eclectic meets country to create a place that just makes you smile! The containers were boho and charming and full of positive vibes! Nigel and Matt were GREAT to work with and Nigel was on point with the outstanding customer service he provided! Perfect location to shop til you drop! LOVED!"

"We had one night in Round top to visit our friends and I am so glad that we picked the Farmstead to stay. It was the quintessential place. We stayed in the Cottage which gave my family of 4 plenty of space to relax and spread out. It was well decorated in modern farmhouse style and was very comfortable. It was also our daughter's birthday and the owner surprised us and went above and beyond to make it special for her. The cottage was spotless and well appointed. It was very quiet (I believe we were the only guests there), but the buildings are spaced far apart where I think noise would not be an issue even if all were booked. We stayed during a cold snap which limited our experience outside, but would have loved to have hung out by the fire pit or the pool. The cost was on the higher end, but I believe worth it for what we got. It was an easy short drive to town. I would stay here again without hesitation."

"Cute hotel but I don't recommend staying in the main house. Floors are so thin that a normal conversation by guests in the upper room can be heard through to floors like they are in the same room. If you are unlucky enough to have to share the old main house with other guests that don’t abide by quiet hours, a good nights rest is in jeopardy."
