They even upgraded my room! The in-room amenities were excellent, including a mahjong machine, and the hot water was instant – no waiting. The breakfast the next day was also quite rich with a good variety of options. The hotel service was generally very good, my only minor issue was that I couldn't get through when I tried calling them, perhaps they were busy! There are a few restaurants right next to the hotel, perfect for grabbing a bite, and it's incredibly close to the lake, just a few minutes' walk. Very convenient!"

"I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Fengdu Ghost Town and had a great experience! The room was spotless and the hygiene was impeccable. The simple decoration style gives people a peaceful atmosphere. The self-service laundry service is very practical and allows us to keep our clothes tidy while traveling. The hotel's free parking lot is also very spacious and very convenient. In short, this is a very cost-effective hotel. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Fengdu."

"It was really unfortunate that I had to go on a business trip during the temple fair. I saw online that the hotel was renovated this year, so I thought it would be relatively new and booked two nights for 372 yuan. However, when I arrived, the room smelled terrible. The front desk tried to address the issue by providing sandalwood incense, but it didn't solve the problem at all and made me feel dizzy and nauseous. Because I need a quiet room for sleeping, they gave me a room right across a busy street with poor soundproofing. So I only wanted to stay one night, and the only refund I could get was 109 yuan. Can you believe it? That's equivalent to 263 yuan per night! For a hotel this price, I can only blame my bad luck for going during the temple fair when prices increased. But I strongly disagree with this solution and am very angry. I will never see this hotel again."

"Traveling to Fengdu with my family, the most important thing for me when choosing a hotel is parking. Yijia Smart Hotel really shines in this regard; they offer free parking right at the hotel entrance, which was a huge relief for our self-drive trip! The room was very spacious, so it didn't feel cramped even with the kids. The hotel service was also very thoughtful; they gave us fresh fruit upon check-in, which delighted my children. There's also a cafe on the second floor, and I was able to enjoy a complimentary coffee and relax while the kids were sleeping – it was fantastic. The hotel is very close to Ghost City and has convenient transportation. The value for money is exceptional. Highly recommend!"
