We stayed overnight after entering the park (the park shuttle stops running after 5 PM, but you can contact the hotel to arrange a driver to pick you up from the visitor center parking lot). This allowed us to avoid the National Day crowds early the next morning and start exploring directly, and we even encountered some squirrels. Dinner is served à la carte; the prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly."
