"The hotel is very good! I will stay there next time and the breakfast is OK"

"The entire staff here should be ashamed. This place is pretty bad. Overall, it is not clean. I cannot understand the reviews. When I entered my (first) room the beds looked as though someone had just stood up out of them. I went into the bathroom and the soap had already been opened and used. Clearly the room had not been turned over and actually prepared for a new person. The second room was better, in that the beds were made. When I laid down the pillows smelled, distinctly, of a person’s head! The pillows had not been taken care of. It makes me really wonder if the sheets were even changed? I have been informed that neither the pool nor the hot tub works. The front desk gal was nice enough. She clearly does not know how to hang up her personal phone. She kept a call open the entire time she checked me in. It was very unsettling and rude."

"Perfect room"

"Very clean Very good air conditioning ."

"I was booking in Grden City NY and this was in Kansas.....I went to gardn city NY and my booking was not there.....this is deceptive and will like a full refund"

"This place is a dump. Overdue for update! We cannot understand how they got a 3-star rating."
