While some staff members were courteous, communication could be challenging, and responses to guest requests were often slower than expected. The level of hospitality did not fully align with the standards one would anticipate from an international hotel brand. The breakfast was another area that could be improved. Although there was a reasonable selection of dishes, the variety was limited, especially for guests staying multiple nights. The quality was acceptable but not particularly memorable. The fitness facilities were basic and lacked sufficient equipment for a complete workout. Additionally, some common areas felt understaffed during busy periods. Pros: Spacious rooms, modern interiors, convenient location, good value for money. Cons: Average service, limited breakfast variety, basic gym facilities, inconsistent guest experience. This Ramada hotel boasts a convenient location right by the subway exit, offering direct access to attractions like Zumiao Temple and Qinghui Garden. Plus, it has its own parking lot, making it super handy for business travelers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and they even offered a thoughtful late check-out. The breakfast spread was varied and the service was warm and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, and during my stay, they even gave complimentary drinks. There's a mini-fridge in the room and free laundry service too. It was a really pleasant stay overall!

I chose this hotel because it was the closest to the stadium for the concert. The location is excellent, there's an airport shuttle, and there's a mall next door, so food and drinks are not a problem at all; it's very lively. Walking into the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to see concert support decorations set up by the fan club. In the evening, the hotel's buffet restaurant also had concert-themed decorations – full marks! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The front desk staff, particularly Mr. Ahao, was incredibly patient and professional. He was very enthusiastic and helped me arrange for a courier to store my belongings, which was super reliable!

Ramada is always my top choice when I'm in Foshan for business, as it's conveniently located near my friend's showroom and factories. The guy at the front desk was super nice, and all the ladies working there provided excellent service. I think they even upgraded my room for free – thank you so much!
