"This hotel is located right at the entrance of the Tianchi Scenic Area, offering a prime location. The hotel's facilities are excellent, featuring all solid wood furnishings and rooms equipped with refrigerators. The lobby is stunning, and the hotel itself is incredibly vast. The restaurant is also noteworthy, with a rich and delicious variety of dishes, covering both northern and southern flavors, catering perfectly to guests' needs. However, all of these positive aspects pale in comparison to the beautiful, gentle, and incredibly hospitable young ladies at the front desk. As an old Beijing gentleman, my drone wasn't registered in Beijing, meaning I couldn't bring it back home. I asked one of these ladies if they could help me arrange for it to be couriered back to Wenzhou. The ladies immediately sprang into action, contacted the courier service, and had everything sorted out within five minutes. I was deeply touched. Not only are these young ladies beautiful, but their service is also incredibly professional, genuine, and warm. They left an unforgettable impression."

The room has air conditioning with heating and cooling functions, which is very convenient. The facilities are new, and the environment is quiet and clean. The staff are exceptionally friendly and responsive, and the cleaning is impeccable. I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Highly recommended! The room is clean and the environment is very pleasant. The washing machine is practical, the lighting is good, the projector is clear, the internet speed is fast, and the refrigerator is convenient. The front desk service is excellent; they proactively brought my luggage to the room, and the housekeeping staff keeps everything tidy every day. I felt very comfortable staying there! "Excellent hotel with hot spring facilities at the foot of Mount Tianshan. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our white Xmas stay at the wujiang resort and it is only 10 mins walk to the tourist centre for the stunning tianchi and bodega peak of the tianshan range. The only drawback is the limited food choices available in the area. There are not many tourists due to the low tourism season but we are definitely not complaining about it at all. :)"
