The room itself was also very dirty, with inexplicable stains left unremoved. The sheets were torn, and you could even see the hair of previous guests inside the mattress. The receptionist on duty that day was very helpful and tried to find solutions, but all he could do was bring a few towels to absorb the water. The experience was terrible."
