"The hotel's facilities are quite new compared to other West Slope resorts, which was a major factor in my decision to book the Pullman. I opted for the 6-privilege package, which cost over 300 RMB more per night than the standard room rate. Having experienced it firsthand, I would not recommend purchasing this package. Here's why: 1. **Airport Shuttle:** The airport drop-off shuttle only departs when it's full. I had scheduled a 10 AM shuttle, but then two more passengers from the same flight were added, and we were asked to leave at 9:30 AM, supposedly to avoid traffic. Were these additional passengers VIPs? When it was time to leave, the front desk then told me I was departing too early, which made me feel completely misled. A 15km taxi ride would have cost just 33 RMB. Ctrip's hotel page clearly stated that both scheduled shuttles and private car services were available. If you can't provide a service, don't advertise it. 2. **Buffet Dinner:** The buffet dinner is only redeemable once, even for guests who purchased a two-night package. 3. **Shuttle to Tourist Center:** The shuttle service to the West Slope Tourist Distribution Center covers only 2km, a taxi for which would cost the minimum fare of 10 RMB. 4. **Petting Zoo:** The ”petting zoo” consists of two deer. You need to buy feed to interact with them, and this facility is accessible to all hotel guests, not just package holders. 5. **Travel Photography:** The travel photography benefit includes a free trial of two outfits, with no other services provided."

Location: The hotel is very close to the West Station and has convenient transportation. It is a great choice for tourists who take the high-speed rail. "This was my first time visiting Harbin, and although I had read many reviews saying this resort was beautiful, I was still worried about transportation. I emailed the hotel in advance, and Coco kindly replied and even contacted me on WeChat to explain how to get there. She also arranged a private transfer from the railway station — such wonderful service! We were on our honeymoon, and Coco surprised us by upgrading our room to a very spacious suite. It was absolutely lovely, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I loved it so much! When we arrived, Coco continued to help us with everything. She arranged transportation for our activities such as snowmobile, horse ridge, and feeding elk. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Since we were using an eSIM and didn’t have a Chinese phone number, Coco even helped register and generate the QR code we needed for visiting the hot springs at Club Med, feeding the deer, skiing, and driving the UTV. The service was truly outstanding. The resort itself is perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a Burger King, a small town area with restaurants and convenience stores, and many beautiful photo spots. The breakfast restaurant is lovely, with a wide variety of food. All the staff were attentive and very friendly. I was genuinely impressed and absolutely loved my stay here. Highly recommended!"

"My stay at Holike Hotel Changbai Mountain was incredibly satisfying! The hotel is located in the heart of the Huamei Shengdi Resort, with the commercial street just a short walk away, making dining and shopping very convenient. Excellent environment and service: The hotel boasts a Swiss-style design, with an elegant environment and fresh air. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and responsive, always quick to resolve any issues. Comfortable room experience: The room was very spacious, well-equipped, and relatively new. The bedding was high-standard and comfortable, and thoughtful amenities like a washing machine and humidifier were provided. During winter, the underfloor heating kept the room warm and cozy. Rich activities and dining: The included activities were fantastic, such as hot springs, UTV rides, and archery. No extra time spent traveling means you can head out whenever you feel like it, which is incredibly convenient for tourists. But what truly made this trip exceed our expectations was the five-star-plus service from Concierge Butler No. 2. From actively taking our luggage and meticulously explaining the facilities upon arrival, to consistently 'anticipating our needs' throughout our stay: noticing we wanted more rest, they proactively arranged a late check-out before we even had to ask; fresh fruit and local snacks were replenished daily without fail. When the weather is clear, the scenery is breathtaking, with clouds so close they feel like you could reach out and touch them. Oh, and they also offered complimentary paddle boat rental on the lake, which was quite enjoyable."

"The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive to foreign guests. Staff at service centre were very understand to us recover lost items. Food options were plenty, though mostly Northeastern/Korean cuisines but it also includes Italian style pizza, western pastries, coffee. We can even do take-away deliveries if the weather gets too cold. Besides skiing and snowboarding, the resort has sledging (rental). Key amenities for families are the water park (not skiing) and hot spring (day of skiing). Suggestion of improvement points: 1) Provide arrangement of ski equipment rentals (deposit) at hotel reception to avoid rush at town center service centre.. There is an unexpected high amount for deposit for rental equipment and ski clothes. If the hotel can handle this at checkin, guest won't waste time on the ski day. 2) Provide luggage carry service from hotel bus drop off point to concierge. Drop-off point was far, luggage was heavy and road was icy. For families with young children it was not easy to manage."

"As a Ctrip Diamond member who travels frequently for business, my stay at this hotel on October 2nd was an extremely poor experience! The top priority when traveling for business is safety. After arriving at the hotel on the evening of October 2nd, I parked in front of the hotel as directed by the security guard. However, around 7 PM that night, my car was scratched. I contacted the hotel to review the surveillance footage, but after waiting two hours with no feedback, I went to the front desk again and was told they couldn't find anything. I then asked if they could expand the search time, but I still received no feedback even by check-out the next day. Considering that safety is the primary concern when traveling for business, and with my car having been scratched and no feedback provided after requesting the surveillance footage, I believe that no matter how good the hotel's facilities and amenities are, the basic rights of guests are not guaranteed. I absolutely do not recommend staying here."

CcfanlsThis hotel is a hidden gem, especially during holidays when other places are packed. The moment you step into the hotel area, the whole world just quiets down. The room is very spacious, and it perfectly blends traditional folk elements without sacrificing comfort – I doubt you'd find another place like it in all of Changbai Mountain. I was worried the kang (heated bed) might be hard, but it was actually quite comfortable. My only suggestion would be for the bellboy leading the way to proactively help female guests with their luggage; it got a bit awkward at one point. The complimentary activities at Huameisheng Resort during holidays aren't really recommended. Besides feeding small animals, most things involve long queues, so it's not worth it. I'd suggest paying for local activities like rafting, horseback riding, or ginseng digging instead.

Kids can pick up pinecones, admire the autumn leaves, ride the cable car, and go boating right within the resort. The hotel offered several perks, and the butler provided helpful advice and extended our checkout time. There's also a shuttle service to Changbaishan West Station, which is very convenient. For dining, there are fast-food options like KFC and McDonald's, as well as local farm-style restaurants nearby. My only complaint is that the breakfast buffet during the holidays was very crowded and the restaurant could be quite chaotic.

GGuest UserA really beautiful place with quiet and tranquility that allows us to recharge and reset from the hustle and bustle of city life. The location may be a tad far from changbaishan north slope- however, the hotel Concierge - a special shout out to Mr 孙浩熙 for going out for his way and beyond to help us get tickets and made arrangements even on his rest day. The room is really beautiful and spacious, and it’s only a 10min walk out to get food and necessities. Side note is that the walkway could be better lighted, especially during winter as the dark falls after 5pm; and it was a little scary to walk out then. In all, high recommended for anyone who needs a rest and have a full recharge! Really love the room and the impeccable service from all the staff :)

MM60390****There were seven of us in total – six adults and one child – and we had a great stay. The place was clean, the furnishings were new, and it was super convenient for getting around. It was also very close to the transfer center, just across the street. Unfortunately, we couldn't go up the mountain as it was closed for several days. We thought we were lucky to grab tickets, but then the official account announced the day before that the mountain would remain closed until August 2nd. What a shame! However, the guesthouse itself was excellent. Even though we missed out on the mountain this time, we'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to make up for it.

TTop IssarapongWe had a wonderful stay here with warm hospitality in the middle of cold winter. The place gives a local vibes which using wood-fired heating that provides heated bed & bathroom as well as good smells. Don’t miss a dinner with wood-fired iron pot stew. Meat really tendered and smells good. Kids really enjoyed as they can play snow right at the door, plus ice fishing in the tent where we catch 10 rainbow trouts in half an hour then the host cook it right away for a real fresh grilled fish, amazing! Only regret is that we should have stayed longer than 1 night here, highly recommend!!

Whether it was asking for directions or about hotel facilities, she answered everything patiently, and responded quickly whenever I had a request, making the whole trip worry-free. The hotel's public areas are very tidy, the lobby is comfortably decorated, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, allowing for a quiet night's rest. The cleanliness was also spot on. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

Fortunately, Changbai Mountain gets cool at night, so opening the balcony door allowed for a comfortable sleep. The illuminated lawn (which serves as a ski slope in winter) was a great spot for an evening jog; it was truly refreshing. Pros: A wide range of activities, well-rounded facilities, and an excellent hotel location (though its proximity to the commercial street meant it could be a bit noisy). The breakfast spread was generous. Cons: The air conditioning wasn't cooling adequately, the swimming pool only opened at 1 PM, and the Hanla Mountain Hot Springs were extremely overcrowded.

MM473977****This was my first time staying in a space capsule, and the environment exceeded my expectations. I was impressed as soon as I arrived at the campsite. My kids absolutely loved it! Everything in the room was smart-controlled, and we could open the skylight to stargaze at night. It was very clean, and the bedding and amenities were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a few hundred meters from the west gate of Changbai Mountain, about a ten-minute walk to the ticket office. We ordered a BBQ set meal, and it was very generous and a great value, plus it tasted delicious. Overall, I'm very satisfied and wished we could have stayed longer. I'll definitely be back!

First, the hot springs here are very good, especially the outdoor hot springs, which allow people to truly experience the taste of hot springs in the northeast in the winter. Second, it is close to Songjianghe Town, and you can freely choose special restaurants. It was convenient to park when I drove here last time. It was also okay to come by train this time. The landlord is very enthusiastic, helped answer many many questions, and recommended many local food, drink and fun strategies. My mobile phone accidentally dropped in the scenic spot, and the landlord was also very enthusiastic to give the address and help receive it back to me. The heating in the room is also very sufficient, the room is not cold at all, the key things need to be said again: the landlord is very Nice, warm and beautiful!
