Nice and quiet hostel, rooms are clean. We went at a low season hence got upgraded to family suit. The view outside is great in winter. Only provide 2 radiators in room which may not be adequate in December to January. Location a bit far from town but generally not difficult to get taxi (in low season - late November).

It was a good stay! We got a free upgrade to a bigger cottage. The front desk staff seemed to be cold at first but he actually was super nice and helped us to find a very reliable driver for the rest of our trip. 另外想感谢李胜兰和张凤兰，退房的时候我以为要顾的行李太多了所以把我的包包不小心留在房间里。幸好工作人员们及时给我打电话让我回去拿，不然我连证件都没有了！

Facilities: The room was spacious and well-equipped. The shower had a temperature display panel, and there was a smart toilet – very luxurious! They also have self-service laundry, which is convenient for travelers. Hygiene: The room was clean. I did a quick check, and every visible area was spotless. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a crystal-clear view of the snowy scenery. Environment: It's super close to the West Scenic Area's center, just a one or two-minute walk. If you're lucky enough for Tianchi Lake to be open, you can be among the first to enter, avoiding the awkwardness of it closing later. Service: The front desk service was excellent. They provided hot water and coffee, and any issues could be resolved directly via WeChat. Since Tianchi Lake was open the next day, they even helped me with a late checkout and arranged my transfer to the station. Come here if you want to see Tianchi Lake and get some good luck! Haha, still thrilled to have seen Tianchi!

I stayed here temporarily for a day and I felt it was OK. The space is very large. There is a private courtyard below for parking. Well, it is like a state-owned hotel. The facilities are very good, but it is too old and a bit old. If it is built properly, it will be special. good. What a shame for such a great place. There's good food nearby, no, I'll go out to eat if I have nothing to do.

Very satisfied, very clean and warm, just no toilet paper 😜 Soaking in the hot spring indoors is great, very comfortable. The outdoor area is okay, but I wouldn't recommend going downstairs. If you can swim, you can go to the pool.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable enough to not think of. What touched me most was the service. The front desk lady saw that we had a lot of luggage, took the initiative to help deliver it to the room, and upgraded the room type. There are also many types of breakfast, and I will definitely stay here next time!
