"A reliable hotel suitable for Japanese travelers. The service is neither particularly good nor bad, but it's far from tourist attractions, making it more suitable for business travelers. The Japanese breakfast every morning is delicious, and the reception staff speaks Japanese, which is reassuring. There's a Japanese supermarket right in front, so food isn't a problem, but if you want to sightsee, an Uber ride will cost around 10,000 yen, so it's best to find a hotel in a tourist area from the start."

"I booked a comfort twin room, which said it had a small garden. The front desk gave me the wrong room (see Figure 1). I didn't notice it at the time, but after two days, I discovered the room smelled like sewage, had worn carpet, and was infested with cockroaches. There were also rats in the hallway leading to the restaurant—large, white-faced rats. I asked to change rooms, and they gave me the more comfortable room I originally booked (see Figure 2). The breakfast was also terrible. There was no milk or yogurt. Just bread and homemade waffles."
