"It's really a hotel that can't be described in words. If I couldn't write a review without giving it a star, I would give it half a star. It claimed to be a luxury suite, but the floor and sofa were dirty, there was a strange smell, and the furniture from the 1980s was outdated. What is outrageous is the toilet, with a big hole in the wall. The snoring from the next door at night is deafening through this hole. The shower is right next to the toilet. The toilet is placed diagonally opposite the sink. If you don't pay attention, you will hit your head. I hope that Ctrip will mark the hotels where the tour groups are resident in the future, so as not to mislead independent travelers to come to this hotel and suffer. I won’t post the photos to avoid causing discomfort."

"1. For all these campsites or B&Bs, if cars can't reach the basement or get close to the accommodation, please proactively help guests with their luggage. Having so many steps is really strenuous. 2. The hygiene is truly subpar. The shower mat was incredibly dirty, and the sheets on the tatami weren't changed. The amenities box also contained dried-up, unknown liquid. 3. The shower and toilet are separate, and toiletries weren't placed in the shower, which was very inconvenient. 4. The manual rollercoaster downstairs is a safety hazard; it directly scraped a child's leg. Summary: There's no genuine care for guests. The hygiene is terrible. I recommend staying in a proper hotel if available, as their service standards and hygiene requirements are completely different. A room rate of over a thousand yuan per night is not cheap, and a nice view doesn't excuse everything else. Special mention: The staff member, Xiao Shuang, tried her best to help resolve issues, carrying luggage and changing sheets."
