"Great location and staff"

"The location is right off interstate with little traffic. There are plenty of choices for food in area. Room was simple but clean and great air conditioning."

"This is a tired hotel. Once you get past that it is comfortable with friendly service. Continental breakfast is cereal, toast and muffins. This is a perfect place to stay if going to the covered bridge festival becaust Billy Creek Village is across the street. There they give free rides to the festival."

"I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY ARE TELLING ME TRIP.COM NEEDS TO REACH OUT TO THEM DIRECTLY.  PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS.  THE ROOM WAS NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR AND THE MECHANICAL ROOM.    IT WAS SO NOISY WE DIDNT GET MUCH SLEEP.  THE SHOWER HANDLE WAS BACKWARDS AND WHEN A PERSON CAME TO EXPLAIN THAT, WE ASKED ABOUT THE NOISE.  HE SAID PEOPLE IN 108 (our room),208 & 308 ALWAYS COMPLAIN.  THERE ARE 60 ROOMS AND 10 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT.  IT WAS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY TO BE IN THAT ROOM. PLEASE HELP AND LET ME HESR FROM YOU. LYNNETTE ENLOW 608-577-9916"

"The non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray and they had no vending machines. They have multiple gas stations and a McDonald's, Taco Bell, Subway, Cracker Barrel, and a new pizza place nearby called Hungry Howies. They have the basics, and it is an ok place if you only need a place to sleep for the night and aren't planning on staying long, but this place is cheap for a reason. There weren't many outlets, so you may want to pack a power strip if you need to plug in multiple things. There's a small fridge, a microwave, a small TV (probably 24"-27"), a hair dryer, towels, a sink, a toilet, a shower/bath tub, a small desk with a couple drawers, an end table, a phone, and that's pretty much everything that's in the room. Our room didn't have any chairs, just 2 beds. The pillows on our queen size beds were awfully small as well, so you may want to bring your own if you can, although ours did smell like cigarette smoke afterwards.... There weren't any bugs in the room, and it was clean enough that I wasn't grossed out or anything, but it is clearly an older motel that didn't offer much other than a place to stay. If you want to have all the amenities and conveniences that come with most regular priced hotels, you may want to seek out somewhere else, but if you are simply trying to save money and just have a place to sleep rather than your car, I would say this place is acceptable."
