"We loved everything! The service was incredibly helpful, the facilities were excellent, and having access to the entire Marriott group was a pleasant surprise. Our only minor complaint was regarding the cleaning. Since we stayed in an apartment, they only clean every four days and don't even change the towels. I agree that daily cleaning isn't necessary, but towels, at the very least, should be changed more regularly. We asked for fresh towels earlier and they were very accommodating, but when the cleaning staff did come, they didn't replace them again, and they even missed the floor towels. We had to call reception a few times, but they always resolved all our issues with great assistance."

"What a wonderful hotel, from first entering the hotel the reception staff gave a warm, friendly greeting. They were kind, efficient and professional. The room was amazing, so big with a picturesque view of the sea and the outdoor pool area. The restaurant served delicious breakfasts with plenty of variety and the evening meals served freshly cooked fish and meat - such a change to having only a buffet style service. The salads and fruits were so fresh as was all the produce and the restaurant staff were always so very helpful (Diogo in particular went above and beyond). Entertainment during the day around the pool area was fun - I particularly enjoyed aqua aerobics. Plenty of sun-loungers with parasols and the area was kept in pristine condition by staff, every day the pool and surrounding area was kept clean. On the final day there was an invitation to meet the Manager of the hotel (Valter Costa) for farewell drinks. I’ve never known this before in hotels I’ve stayed in but it is obvious that he leads by example and takes time to ensure his guests are happy with their stay. Indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna is a bonus. Only a short walk to the beach. Great location. This hotel is highly recommended and I will certainly return. Thank you"

"Would recommend this hotel - superb location, lovely staff, great service and very clean environment. The room we stayed in could do with modernisation - especially the decor and lighting in the bathroom - and the mattress was uncomfortable The pool area is superb, the breakfast was very good and we will definitely return again - mainly because of the location and the excellent staff!"
