However, I felt the breakfast selection was a bit underwhelming, as it primarily consisted of bagels and muffins. I’d suggest expanding the menu to include more options for a more balanced start to the day."

"The hotel was clean. It was near a wonderful mall. I asked for an hour late check out but they said no. I never received a no at a hotel for late check out so I was very disappointed in that. The young gentleman at the receptionist desk were very kind and professional"

"This is a place to stay on the way from Canada to New York. It is a two-story building, and is more like a motel. It is old, but the water pressure is good and there is a supermarket nearby, which is a plus."

"Overall, 2 stars. Pretty bad. Mirror was missing of the wall. My wife could not do her makeup. Duvet cover was dirty/nasty with crusty food or something on it. Black ***** hair was waiting to say hi when we first looked on top of the bed cover. Bath drain busted. Sheet cover was ripped and would not stay on the nasty bed. Pool was closed almost the whole time so kids could not swim. This was economically the cheapest option. You get what you pay for. Just beware and embrace the nasty!"

"While the facility is good and the room is clean, the front desk service was disappointing. Derek was rude and did not demonstrate basic hospitality—there was no “thank you,” no courtesy, or any polite communication. His attitude was especially noticeable at checkout. At check-in, I requested a room facing the parking lot if possible. I understand that requests cannot always be accommodated, and that is fine. However, there was no explanation when the room key was given, which led to confusion and disappointment. Overall, the checkout experience was even worse than check-in."
